Sounds great. I’ve owned one for a year. I had the C12 and it was louder but returned it because there were some workmanship issues. C10 has a sweet tone to it. Great choice.

Student guitar? That's a of money for a student. A solid top Cordoba C3m (under £300 GBP) is more affordable for the student. This lovely C10 can be the next level further along the journey.

Is what you’re playing the C10 Parlor or is it a full size guitar? I’m considering either the C10 Parlor or the Manuel Rodriguez D Rio (built in Madrid). The MR guitar has laminated sides/back while the C10 is all wood. Any opinion on which is a better quality instrument?

Don’t make the most common mistake I’m the guitar world
Headstock and manufacturer does not matter these days
It’s honestly all about specs and trying them on
      I own a $300 Yamaha and I owned a very similar speces martin 00-15m
Returned the 15m because tbh the Yamaha was just as good and 7 times cheaper

Difference between C9 and C10 in Cordoba guitars, please? I'm looking a guitar to play bossa nova. Which one is the best choice? Spruce or Cedar?

C9 is solid mahogany back & sides, C10 is solid Indian rosewood.
Neither cedar nor spruce or "better" than the other, simply different tools for different jobs.
-Cedar: Darker, warmer tone. More bass & mid focused. Loses a bit of clarity vs. spruce
-Spruce: Bright tone. Tight bass response, less bass "depth" vs. cedar. Clear and precise. Singing trebles
Only way to know which you like more is to play both side-by-side.

More typical would probably be cedar for that dark mellow bossa nova jazz sound.

i own that guitar and your right , they are too expensive. if you look at concert guitars they are way way too expensive, i am not going to sell my car just to buy one. i will make do, with what i have. do your homework on the good , cheaper guitars, that will not break the bank. they are out there. good luck
