Yes, Evergrey!!! Thank YOU!!! I got into this band only shy of 4 years ago. And upon hearing them I could Not get my head around the fact that I had inexplicably never heard of them before. It was the song "Passing Through" that did it. I was blown away by the melodic and powerful performance I was hearing. Anybody into passionate, huge hearted, meaningful rock will love them. Be it Alter Bridge or Metallica, there is something about Evergrey for everyone. Hailing from Sweden, theres a massive gothic Euro rock vibe to them aswell. That will defo appeal to fans of anybody from Nightwish to Ghost. If you want to hear something sung with enormous emotion and huge hearts- guys, get a listen to "Hymns for the Broken". What a song. From the album of same name, you cannot go wrong with the titanic "King of Errors". A massive monolith of mega Melody. Also- the song I mentiioned earlier- Passing Through. That is an amazing song. Evergrey are an Insanely Insanely under rated band! I got to see them play to a tiny crowd in Dublin last year. They were so humbled to be there, and were utterly sound and talkative in a meet and greet after the show. Brilliant band. They should be Huge. Also, a lot of their songs address religious topics, forgiveness and human connections. Im sure that their songs would get some great reactions and discussions concerning topic content from you guys. That would be great to see.
"One of the Best Bands you never heard of" That's what someone told me some years back when they opened up for Iced Earth. We came in about have way thru their set and was blown away. Been a Huge fan ever since.
@@ATFISHING This is it. They are criminally under'rated, yet when you actually get a few songs of theirs into them, you are absolutley in the zone. When I first heard them on youtube, I instantly did a quick search on them. I could not BELIEVE that they'd been going since '99,and that I now had about 9 amazing albums to catch up with!!! Their earlier stuff is more Gothic/Metallica/EuroMetal. And its Brilliant. I also love their latter day music. Downtuned, emotive anthems the size of Oceans. Speaking of Oceans- last years "The Atlantic" was a superb album. Id love to see more people discover Evergrey.
Evergrey = top 3 bands of all time for me!
I think you two would find the song "A Touch of Blessing" by Evergrey interesting.
Definitely. Aside from being a great song anyways, the subject matter will really ignite a sparkful reaction and discussion from them. The whole "Inner Circle" album is as you know, about Religion, Cults, and many more things associated with that. We need more people into Evergrey!!
One of my favorite songs ever !!! I love jamming this song with my system in my car where the subwoofers are just thumping from the drum beat I love it ! And I never get tired of this song!
I saw them live 2010 @trees Dallas Tx . I was shocked to see the place half empty but the ones that showed up like my brothers and I …. We had a blast ! Even met them and took pictures! In my car I’m always jamming to some Evergrey!
Thank you guys for doing my pick, my lil sister will appreciate it, Evergrey is one of her favorite bands, she's had a rough go in life and I hope this cheers her up! Godbless!

The Inner Circle is a fantastic album.
I was there! :) for sure a night to remember
I bet bro!!!
Mark of the Triangle is their masterpiece imo
Evergrey - King of Errors, would be very nice.
This was one of those GREAT live version choices. I got the live DVD that this is from. I watched that religiously when I was 15-16 and has loved the band since. Being from Sweden I have been able to get a few CDs signed by the band and when I got a turntable a few years back I bought the new vinyl editions of some late 90's early 00's Evergrey albums. Tom S Englund has one of the most emotional voices in metal. Listen to Unforgivable Sin by them.
I have been fighting for Evergrey to make it to this channel. They need to watch the entire Night To Remember dvd by Evergrey. Absolutely the greatest! But evergrey is my most favorite band of all time. Please bring more Grey to this channel!!
It's about time somebody reveiwed Evergrey......nice
The first time I ever heard Evergrey was when they were touring with In Flames. They were touring for Monday Morning Apocalypse at the time, (Nevermore were there too, good show) Evergrey opened with this exact sample and with Blinded I've been a fan ever since
Strange pick for a first song by Evergrey. They are absolutely amazing. Their Inner Circle album is a classic and their latest one is probably just as good.
Blinded was a lot of peoples first exposure to them back in the early 2000s. it was def the first song I heard from them the year before inner circle came out
This was the song that got me into them way way way way back when it first came out. Was hooked right away.
One of their top songs. Very natural choice for the first song.
I can recommend "In Orbit- Evergrey and Floor Jansen (Nightwish)" a great song
Love the singers voice
evergrey - a silent arc (2018)
I fucking love this intro
and this band
I was there! Was an amazing show ^^
Evergrey - Ambassador
I've been trying to get an Evergrey song for over 2 years..now they do one..FFS...if you have never witnessed this AMAZING band live you are truly missing out,25 years I've been on a journey with EG..ABOUT FING TIME!!
Cool to see you react to a band from my city of Gothenburg in Sweden!!
I don't miss going to shows, and I can't believe I still feel a little jealous of people who are super excited about shows :P
Prozac anyone?
Love this song!
EPIC
Don’t know if you guys are interested in watching and reviewing shows, but if you ever decide to, Dark from Netflix is really incredible.
Hi folks!! If my knowledge about you guys is right, I believe that christianity has been brought up from time to time. I strongly recommend that you play ”When the Walls go down” with Evergrey. Pick the live version from ”Night to remember”. Thanks for a good channel. Corona hug from Anders in Sweden!!
One of my favorite bands. \m/
Bout fukin time!
Solitude within pleeeeeeese
At last some evergrey!!!!!!!!
Evergrey, nice...
Kreator - Enemy of god
The original music video was amazing pissed they took it down 7or 8 years ago
Evergrey has become one of my favourite bands, especially their latest stuff. Can we get an album reaction?
Opeth - Godhead's Lament
Broken lungs-thrice. Should listen to it on 9/11. It’s about that crazy day in history. I’ve been listening to them for 20 years and have never linked god with their songs but the more I watch your reactions to them I realize I was def wrong. Peace and love ✌🏼❤️
Evergrey In Orbit
Saint Asonia- Flawed design
A good song but there are better ones and the live version doesn't sound so good in my opinion. I prefer songs like King of Errors, When the walls go down, These scars, Fail, In confidence, Caught in a lie, Departure, Passing Through, The Grand Collapse, Frozen, ...and the Distance, Leave It Behind Us, When Kingdoms Fall, More than Ever, Your Darkest Hour, Visions, Mark of the Triangle, The Great Deceiver, I Should, In Remembrance, Archaic Rage ,Wake a Change ,The Beacon, Restoring the Loss,To Fit the Mold as well as acoustics such as Madness Caught Another Victim, Missing You, Closure, The Impossible, The Paradox of the Flame.
Nevertheless i am grateful that the person recommended Evergrey, Evergrey represents the best of Sweden.
Plz do Invent By ERRA, it’s such a good song instrumentally but I would like to be enlightened on what is means lol, I enjoy your guys commentary and would like to see y’all a take on it

As someone that was home schooled, you can actually still have some lazy ass parenting while being home schooled. Sori is just wrong. Home schooling just means your kids will turn out stupid.
It's a bit confusing when half of your comment is right, and the other half is just you being Webb :P
@@Brombit True. Home schooling requires fit parenting. Your kids will turn out stupid no matter what though.
@@benwebb4424 I would use the term socially inept in replacement of stupid. the kids could be book smart but lack almost any skill of dealing with the real world.
@@Scizyr No...that's stupid.
@@benwebb4424 lol no u r
React to Death - 1000 eyes.
react to EXODUS - STRIKE OF THE BEAST live wacken 2008
It took too long for you to do their song, considering you are Christians. Rulers of the mind is a must! I usually don't like ch metal but these guys are good
They are not a CH band..
@@toddenderby5583 yes, definitely not a christian band. guy probably thought the Inner Circle was about religion and not about aliens.
I think Evergrey is a great band. Very talented musicians, but overall I never did connect with them deeply. I do love Tom Englund's voice tho.
Overall, they have some good musical talent...I just found it to be kind of Flat..didn’t lead up to anything!
The song structure just seemed messy & missing, with no significant timing changes!
The vocals were kinda monotonous!......it didn’t excite me!
