Boat blinds require going the extra mile brushing. Whether that be with a beavertail spending 30 min before the hunt adding brush or setting up a hard side. But if done right they are as or in some cases more effective. Also, Jordan isn't wrong when saying just setting up the average boat blind without the extra effort turns the boat into a magnifying glass lol.
Haha I won’t care if I never hunt in one again.. unless it’s really sweet pontoon blind 😅. But ya I think you’re right on target with that
A good gumbo is hard to beat. But it’s kind of like a woman… ya can’t at just anybodies. From what I have been told by an old timer is that word gumbo comes from Africa and it means “okra”. So technically it’s not gumbo without okra. Now I’m not from Louisiana, just been working in Louisiana since 2007.

@@duckgunpodcast there are tons of videos on how to make a roux here. It’s a rather simple. Downhere you can buy it in a jar in stores but it’s not very good
