While I understand the appeal of partnering with them, I can't help but feel disappointed. BetterHelp has a history of controversies, including concerns about privacy breaches and misleading practices. Recently, the FTC proposed a $7.8 million settlement with BetterHelp due to allegations of breaching privacy promises and monetizing users' health information for targeted ads. By promoting them, it feels like you're endorsing a company that may not prioritize the well-being and trust of its users. Since I believe in your integrity, I want to see you promote companies that share your values. I just wanted to offer my viewpoint because I've heard and read a lot of negative things about Betterhelp.

Wait wait....i literally got my first self purchased car a similar way as the way Andy described with the $1,500 down showing on my papers that I signed even though I never gave them $1,500 down. I just thought it was a negotiation tactic. I guess the company committed fraud....maybe that's why the salesman who sold me the car was fired literally a week after. I only know this because I called him a week later to ask a question (he gave me his cell number) and he told me he no longer worked for that dealership.
My credit score was pretty good at the time though, so I thought nothing of it and I completely paid the car off over time with no missed payments so I guess the bank didn't know either.

Being in the car business and doing finance for many years, everything Andy said in his deposition, almost all dealerships do. But not to defend him, if he Dealer wants to use their pack to help a customer with the down payment that's actually bad ass lol, essentially the dealership is paying the down payment for them, all dealerships have pack. All salesman are getting ripped if they're on a gross sales pay plan if they're on a unit base pay plan then it makes no difference but the dealers getting paid off the top before any other transaction happens
