When people ignore Earth’s warning, they aren’t prepared to face its wrath. As a result, Alba and Dídac are the only survivors left, or so they thought. Upon meeting another survivor, they are unsure if he’s a friend or a foe.

He died because Alba didn't listen to him. Didac's instincts told him not to trust the guy, Especially when he was caught watching her nurse the baby. Men often know when guys are being dishonest.
We need to get this crucial information out to more women.

But if a young man has a woman to himself for years - like it is here: TOTALLY to himself - he'd get jealous of anything. A man. A dog. A houseplant she really loves.

Actually genetic diversity would need about 10,000. 500 might could do it IF you select no more than 2 from any current "race".

@ptrckhgn89 I. Curious as to your math. How did you reach 500 if you select only 2 from the current t races?
I can tell from this break down .... EVERYTHING about this movie infuriates me.
Didac had the right of it from the get go.... but she wouldnt listen
She literally caused the death of her husband, got her child kidnapped, failed to kill her attacker even though she had him at gunpoint,
literally EVERYTHING bad that happened was 100% her fault
Exactly. It's always the women who are the most stupid.
As always, book is better ...
Because film is so different... Do they read it?
I mean everything that happened is the strangers fault. Obviously. But it's always nice to see incels out themselves. Even for a fictional movie.
@TheBraddy2610 what a strange take. Yes the stranger was the threat.. and was spotted by her partner immediately.. but she insisted on him staying time and time again putting their lives in jeopardy, and ultimately causing the death of her partner after getting her child kidnapped.
I hate movies with STUPID characters.. I don't care if they are men or women. But you make your buzzword snap judgments.... I'm sure that will get you far in life.
@@Legohaiden And again the incel doubles down on the take. It's solely the strangers fault. Not either of the protagonists. Using the word "buzzword" as well, keep proving that you're an incel lil man 🤣
Whenever the central conflict of a story is based solely on easily avoidable situations caused by the protagonists' stupidity, it automatically diminishes the quality of the story.

Well, the transition from 12 to 17 with a boy is far more obvious than a 27 years old woman getting five years older turning 32.

The movie director is a gross pervert that gets off the age difference and race.
Women...
Assuming they were the only 4 people left in the world, this situation was inevitable. Her desperation for human social contact invited trouble. The visitor is a predatory opportunist who knew if he killed the other man, he gets the woman. The woman did not understand that the visitor saw her not as a person but as a finite resource that must be taken by force.
He didn't, tho. The man didn't seem opportunistic, but rather mentally deranged. He didn't try to snatch her from him, but instead longed for a hug from both of them and even kidnapped their son.
That leaving aside the absurd premise of a worldwide cataclysm that somehow spared just 3 people.
@@Shendue 3 people we know of
I just think the man was a lonely human being who spent years away from other humans, which affected him mentally. So when Didac forced him to go back to his isolation, he just snapped and stole the baby to at least have someone with him. Apart from the scene where he is seemingly "peeping" at the woman, he didn't seem to show any signs of wanting her sexually in any aggressive manner.
It's in no way inevitable. It's far more likely (but way less dramatic) that they would just cohabitate, unless the boatman was totally deranged. At worst there might be some kind of conflict over her, but more likely they just would have got along. People are social, going back to loneliness would be a heavy disincentive to causing problems to any normal person. Also, if all it took was being underwater, there's probably like more than a million people alive world wide. They just aren't all in Spain. (World wide how many people were at the beach/in a pool/at or in any body of water at that moment. It's not a huge percentage of the world wide population, but even a small percentage would still be a huge number, and that's not counting other scenarios where people might have been safe. Civilization might be doomed, but the species would probably bounce back.)
If they really were the only four people in the world the girl would have to be permanently pregnant and the men should take turns impregnating her, so that the children had a chance of varied DNA. So a girl child from one man marries a boy child from the other, and that would separate in two generations flat.
So basically it's a story about a girl obsessed with instagram on her phone, which is more important than her father and she likes to party with strangers no matter how shady they seem
Yup
and the father of her child dies because she wouldn't listen to him.

I can't seen to understand why nowhere is the title mentioned anywhere in the video or pinned comments. So stupid!
Worst case scenario is being stranded with a girl who tells you to put a gun down
The majority of women still vote and campaign to ban guns. Even though gun bans only result in criminals having guns, they don't care because women don't have any responsibility to protect themselves or their children. It's up to the men that they disarm to protect them, or just die when attacked by bad guys, like Diedac here.
How woke folk will "survive" in an apocalypse.

Meaning as it says, a Man is a Man no matter is age. Mothers have to respect their Sons, Aunt their Nephew, Big Sister their little Brother bc their MEN.
I some ethnicities it goes even further when it comes to who's the Head of the Family and Inheritance.
If the Father is Dead, it doesn't matter how many Daughters he had before his Son or how old they are. The Son is automatically the next "Head of the Family" and gets all of the Inheritance.

Then why is it done in almost every hospital?
@@aberba Honestly? Because it's easier for the doctor to see what he's doing. It comes from a history of male doctors assuming their role was more important in the birthing room than any woman's - including the expecting mother. That kind of attitude(hundreds of years ago, though there's probably some that still think that way) is why, prior to mandatory handwashing and germ theory, it was safer to have the kid at home with a midwife, because if you went to the hospital you'd die in childbirth or from a nasty infection afterwards. Add in the bit where grunting/groaning/being seen or heard doing the actual labouring was considered 'unseemly' - like 'terribly sorry if my lack of decorum offends you, Doctor sir, but I'm trying to push an entire human being into the world through my lady parts'. Hah.
TLDR - it's like that in every hospital because hospitals are usually old institutions that date back decades if not centuries, and people are often stupid, both historically and current era.
