- Dear God I was guilty of this for years when I was younger.......but then you begin to realize the exercise (for the most part) can be intelligently swapped out as long as you continue to work hard.
In today's episode Dave and I start by discussing how his prep is going, then into the topic of "Stop Being Married to a Lift." I know this can create an emotional response for some, but its the truth. If an exercise is causing negative pain or literally doing ZERO for your physique, why are you still doing it?
Maybe its time to assess the entire lift, how you are performing and then either:
1) moving it later in the session
2) improving your form
3) increasing the reps
4) change the temp0
5) eliminate it
