Settle looks a fascinating place especially the station, you always find lovely cats. The beautiful patchwork countryside is amazing. I can only image spending the night in Appleby Castle would be like. I always enjoy your 'wanderings' i really couldn't choose which one is my favorite.

I’ve done the train journey from Carlisle to Leeds on the Appleby route. One of the most scenic journeys ever with such breathtaking beauty .
