AWESOME WATERFALL TOUR - NORTH CAROLINA - Mountain Waters Scenic Highway & Waterfall Byway

- If you are looking to find a bunch of waterfalls in North Carolina, this video is for you. In this video, we explore four waterfalls along Highway 64 called the Mountain Waters Scenic Highway & Waterfall Byway.
The first waterfall is Cullasaja Falls and there is very limited parking off the side of the road. There is a small trail to access the falls, but it is very steep so be prepared. We drover further down to reach the top of the waterfall as there was a better trail to access some nice rapids. For information on Cullasaja Falls, please clink the links below.

Next we head to Bust Your Butt Falls. There is more parking in this area and you should definitely stop by to check it out! This is a great spot to explore as there is a place you can jump from above or slide down the rapids. Be careful as you just may bust your butt. Next, we head to Dry Falls where there is additional parking and a fee to park. At Dry Falls, you can actually walk behind the waterfall. Even though it is called Dry Falls, you can expect to get wet when you walk behind thousands of gallons of water falling in front of you. Last, we stop by Bridal Veil Falls as this waterfall is literally off the side of the road. You can drive behind this waterfall, but it is currently closed to vehicles due to temporary restrictions in place. For more information on Bridal Veil Falls, please click the link below:

Yeah, I was going to but we were going to a few more waterfalls and didn't want to get wet. Hiking in wet clothes is not fun. This is a great drive with so many great waterfalls along the way. Thanks for your continued support my friend! Cheers

Finally getting used to flying the Mavic Mini, but the problem up in these areas is the wind and the trees it is way too easy to lose the drone. Nice! Love Highlands! Last time we were there we did bridal veil Falls , Dry Falls and Glen Falls in the snow. Talls and I did bust your butt falls last year. Great video! Now get the drone flying!
That must have been nice to experience this in the colder months when the leaves were off the trees! That road must have been scary if there was ice on the road. Drone is coming soon!

Great day to hike. Please return the the first. The view from the bottom is amazing!!! But watch for sumac, it got me pretty bad.
It was a great day! Will definitely return as we have friends that live in the area. That trail looked intense and was way overgrown with god knows what. Sorry to hear that you were effected by the sumac which is no fun! I think that sumac is worse than poison ivy or oak. Thanks for watching!!
Cool video Metro, me and my wife we're actually thinking about taking this drive next weekend. She's not real big into hiking but she likes the scenic stuff. We're all of these just off the highway?
Yep! Most of these waterfalls are right off the highway. Dry Falls, you still have to hike down a small paved area but you reach the falls very quickly. This area is amazing and hopefully you will love it!
