Snaps and Cutbacks coming soon. Stay tuned!
I explore a huge amount of surfskate tutorials and finally I found it as the most useful and explained! Thanks a ton and kind regards from the Black Sea coastline, Batumi, Georgia!
amazing- thank you so much and I'm super happy to hear you found it helpful. Although there's a gap in video production, I have a few on the editting table now. More will come on snaps, cutbacks, and extra work on turns. In the meantime, feel free to send any questions my way!
@@ALLaBOARDvideos nice to hear it, I'll be waiting for your new videos!

Thank you my friend! I’m always around for any questions.
Great videos and really helps me that you are riding regular!
Great. let me know if you have any questions!
Best surfskate tutorials I have found - just wish you were goofy to make it easier to replicate!
Thank you! Had to take a bit of a pause but more are coming soon with snaps and cutbacks. Taking your wish and will make sure I add the inverted goofy version.
In the meantime feel free to send any questions my way (or your vids if you wish)
Great lesson, and keypoints!
where's the snaps and cutbacks video? couldn't find it
Been asking the same. Haha- kidding. I had some unrelated setbacks and couldn’t finish shooting. Then winter came. Spring is here and It’ll be the first thing I shoot and release.
In the meantime feel free to send any questions if you have any.
@@ALLaBOARDvideos Lol ! hope you enjoyed the winter!
and can't wait fot the Snaps and Cutbacks,
your explantations are great.
@@natansun Thank you - yes for now some snowboard tutorials - the snaps and cutbacks will probably be out later in the spring once I get some days back on the concrete :)
Thank you so much 🙏😄 BTW is there a video for complete beginners? Stuff like going straight, posture. Weight shifts. Leanning etc 😄
So I would say, watch part one of these (generating speed) and/or the video from last year. Both cover more basic posture and moving forward. Going straight on surfskate is basically generating speed. This in itself will cover all you need to know about weight shifting and leaning. Otherwise feel free to ask any question you have along the way

@@ALLaBOARDvideos thank you so much 😄😄🙏🙏
I lose speed when I turn and I don’t know why
Yes that makes total sense and totally fine! We lose speed in turns because there’s more friction between wheels and ground. In fact if one goes surf skating on a downhill and wants to control speed I would suggest going down in a turns (snake pattern) which would keep the speed lower compared to straight down.
I would go further and say that on a surfboard you lose speed in turns as well- how much is depending on the maneuver. In snaps for example when it’s all about the drift movement, highest friction, you will lose the most amount of speed. Therefore there’s work to be done (as explained in short in the video) on how to get out of the top turn, in order to regain speed. So- at the end of a turn you should push the board and upper body moving up in order to get the board going.
Hope that helps to make sense of it all. My next video re drifts after which I will get into regarding speed a bit more. But for now focus on the right movement and then after your top turn is done straight back into speed generating.
@@ALLaBOARDvideos Thank you for the detailed explanation!
sure hope it makes sense. and feel free to write back with any questions

Your front elbow never cross your front knee. Big mistake intermidiate surfers and non surfers do.
