Alaska was my first voyage with Lindblad and I was sold on this type of up-close travel. Our ship departed from Seattle that was an extra treat. At the end of the voyage I opted for a wonderful, small group land tour of Denali NP and travel to Anchorage via the Alaska Railway.

Oh how I miss SE, it is everything he said and more. I was lucky enough to spend 20 years there, living on a boat, so SE is the one voyage I won’t be taking with Lindblad, but have traveled to several other wonderful exotic destinations, they are truly a special company.

GREAT VIDEO. ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE PHOTO EXPERT AND THE NAT'L FOREST SERVICE, THE TOTEM CARVERS AND FIRST PEOPLE'S CULTURE. WELL DONE. WISH THE VIDEO WOULD HAVE DISCUSSED THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN A GROUP AS THAT WAS HARD TO TELL. SEEMED BALANCED, BUT NO ONE GAVE SPECIFICS. MUST CHECK THIS OUT. REALLY GREAT VIDEO.
Best idea is ask for their catalogs. My own experience was that the ships have limited capacity and never feel crowded..
