I got some tips for your next road trip. On gear. #1-get a jetboil for cooking. 500ml boiled in 30 seconds. Get the jetboil zip. It’s small and convenient for bike trips. The fuel cell gets stored in the mug. Really good gear. #2-first aid kit, buy a “survival first aid kit”. Aussie brand so your supporting local business and its military grade and they do real small with good stuff for camping (snake bite crap etc) and toad trauma. I’m in the army and I e used both for work and camping. Great kit. And #3-lone rider moto tents. They do a real low profile swag like one, packs down tiny. And they do a tent you can fit your whole bike in. I use that for when I’m staying in one place for a while. Love the content, and your thoughts on depression really resonated with me. Hope to meet you one day mate 🤙

There are over 100 possible reasons why the check engine light is on. You can check the trouble code yourself without any tools. Turn the ignition switch to OFF and the Run/Stop switch to Run.
Press the odometer reset button and hold it. For 2014 and newer touring models this will be the toggle switch on the left control mount. Turn the ignition switch to Ignition and release the odometer reset button. The word diag appears. Push the odometer reset button once and you will see the selection menu PSSPt with the first P flashing. Each letter represents an area of the diagnostics module. To move from one letter to the next, push the odometer reset button one time.

I used to race a class 10 desert car. I live in New Mexico and it's amazing how similar the dirt and terrain are to the desert southwest in the US. I have never been to Australia but I have met off road racers from Australia and they to comment about how similar the desert areas are.
There is different plant life but it looks similar. Similar colors, similar textures etc.
We obviously don't have big roos and rattle snakes are the only serious dangers in our deserts but a scorpion or a black widow can ruin your day.
Anyways, the deserts on opposite sides of the earth look strikingly similar.
Riding a cruiser on sand roads is a great reminder why we are to not skip leg 🦵 day!
NASA kept that quite, sending two Harley's to Mars!
