I played Star Fox 64 in 2015 and I loved it.
You can imagine my disappointment when I finished Zero.
Yeah i can see though i liked zero it was pretty watered down of a game and to add insult to injury they just slapped the series onto a random property for a cash grab smh

I remember playing this shit out of this as a kid. The best moment was finally flying under all the rings and getting the different route on Corneria. I think Falco mentions something about it before it happens but I did not realize it as a kid and was just blown away when I "discovered" it lmao.
Star Fox 64 was one of the jams back in the 90s. My favourite stage was Sector Y and my younger self was like, "The monkeys have Gundams!? Why don't we have Gundams!?" This game was too much fun, this and Star Wars: Rogue Squadron.

This game was my childhood! I remember having to look up a guide so i could get the good ending cause my 5 year old dumbass could only get the normal ending. I think I was able to get the middle path as a kid but I had no clue how to do the upper path without following a guide. I just recently went back and played assault a couple weeks ago and once i changed controls for the ground missions i really enjoyed it. I kinda wish I did more than one playthrough of zero so i could experience all the levels and endings i missed but i just hated the controls so much. If you see this Afro I'd love to see you do a video on assault or maybe even a lets play of adventures.

Star fox 64 was my first game too, back in like 96. It wasn't until 2016 that I discovered that you can get a medal on each level by getting over a certain score and not letting anyone die, that will unlock a hard mode

the first video game i've ever played was mortal kombat, when i was 3, mortal kombat was the video game that got me into video games, i now play games like the king of fighters, street fighter, sonic, and games like that, because of mortal kombat, i'm so thankful to be a gamer.
I remember unlocking Expert Mode on Star Fox 64. I remember it because in Expert Mode, Fox wears his father's shades and wings break A LOT FASTER than in the normal mode.

I can’t even remember the first game I played anymore it was probably at Peter Piper Pizza, but I remember the first systems I had and they were the Genesis, the NES and the Super Nintendo that my dad left behind when I was like 4, and then I got my GBC, 64 and PS a couple years later, like bro growing up in the golden age of gaming just fucking magical 🧙♂️
