I bet it's fake. My only reason is that the background music is a cover of the song with a bass violin and a regular violin. It's all staged. But hey that's just a theory of music theory.
Well thanks for your comment Samribbledeegook, I've been learning folkfiddle five years and can't play Swallow tail as well as this, they are in tune, have jig rhythm and I hear no scratching noise which is more can be said for my playing, the girls are brilliant.
I can't tell you, how many times I watched this and I'm still amazed! When I was nine I couldn't nearly play the Cello as great as Anna :D

Why would it be fake? The vibrato, all the notes and bowings look correct.
