I'm Dutch and when i was a teenager I visited the Van Gogh Museum often. I just came back from a trip to Arles and St-Remy de Provence, and I will be visiting the museum again this week. His work really touches me, i was diagnosed with a neurological condition and severe depression. I can feel his struggle. I'm lucky to not live in Van Gogh's time and to have found a doctor and psychiatrist who guide me through my mental health crisises. How I wish Van Gogh had the same access to a good psychiatrist, like I have today. Van Gogh suffered a lot 💔
I agree but one of the things I admire so much about Vincent is that I truly believe he harnessed his illness and in a way, his illness led to some of the best works he has ever created. I don't want to minimise mental illness but his perseverance in the face of struggle should be admired, it is truly eye opening
Vincent's paintings touch my soul deeply. I visited his museum twice and i would come back to it many more times.

❤
My favorite is “Sunflowers”. I love how they are absolutely drenched in sunshine.
I love Vincent, he's truly madly deeply inspiration.
One day I hope to visit in person but for now this is just about as close as it gets. Great job editor/music director - the music goes really well with the art :)
Make sure you Pre buy the tickets on line before you visit the museum so you can get the exact date and time you're going to be there. They sell out days in advance. Enjoy!!
I was in Amsterdam in 2021 and went to check out this Museum. It's fabulous.
His paintings really capture life in all its many ways. This is why in my opinion he’s one of the greatest not because he’s a master realist but because he paints with such emotion on each and every subject. Realism can capture quite a lot but what his brush strokes did was go beyond anything that realism could ever touch. In our society art isn’t celebrated as much as it should be.
and i like him as a Person ...
very much
His paintings are human all too human. Thank you!
Thanks for this. A years ago Van Gogh Alive went to our country, I was busy and don't have enough money. So glad, this channel exist. I promise to visit this place, when the time comes. In God's will.
If I had a Time Machine I’d love to go back and bring Van Gogh to the future and show him how loved and successful his art has become
Van Gogh Museum ♥️ I will never forget your support during lockdown.. I love you so much & promise to fly to Amsterdam soon ✈️💐 Love Vincent & you made my dreams come true 🙏🌹This is ART.
I feel thrilled entering the domain of magic and surrealism. What a background score! My my!..rendering goosebumps .
I saw a touring Van Gogh exhibit at The Phillips Collection, in Washington, DC, oh, about 7 years ago now. When you see these works up close, their beauty is staggering... no joke! If you can go, van gogh!
It felt like each painting is speaking in their own languages, the background music went really well with the video. 🦋
Thanks for the opportunity of visiting such an extraordinary Museum of this amazing painter. One of my favourity paintings is the one closing the vídeo, I think its The almond blossom.
💓
The selection of each frame for each painting is superb...
@Van Gogh Museum, thanks for this extraordinary Compilation !!!
I visited in 1998 and again over 20 years later several months ago. Both times were wonderful. Thank you for this video. It reminds me how different the museum is without hundreds of distracting little bright contrast rectangles of mobile phones in front of me, pulling my eyes as I try to view each painting. Gift shop idea: shirt with Starry Night but replace all the stars with mobile phones.
For those of you who thought the paintings were skipped over to fast go into CZcams settings and slow down the play rate it helped me so much to appreciate his art even more.
Thank u
Excellent idea.
Thank you so much for the opportunity! It really does feel like a private tour and I felt priviledged. However, I wish it was longer and the camera had focused on more of the paintings.
Love this to be able to see the series as a whole. Thank you❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🌻🌾🌞🌝🎨
7:30 Definitely one of his best landscapes.
Gran tour virtual. Felicidades y muchas gracias por la oportunidad
It is a great opportunity to watch this period! Greetings from Turkey.
I Love this museum
Thank you museum van goh
Bless you for providing this wonderful content during this difficult time for the world. It is glorious.
I love all of his paintings 😍❤
This tour is Wonderful. Each masterpiece is amazing.
Thank you! This is wonderful, truly wonderful!
I cant wait to come back here one day.
Thank you so much!!!
Thank you
That was wonderful! Thank you so much!
Thank you!
THE MUSIC IS BEAUTIFUL
Nossa e realmente magico!!!!
I was there 33 years ago.
This video is a bit frustrating. I appreciate the fact that you did it, but to breeze over the paintings so quickly makes me a little crazy. Each one is a jewel.
Visited the Amsterdam museum once in 2021.; I loved it!
Interessante muziek en knap gespeeld.
I hope you guys will be able to add "The Starry Night", someday!
The Van Gogh Museum is its real home 🌻

Süper çok teşekkür ederim
This is a great video, it would have been fantastic if it dwelled on each picture for at least 10 seconds.....
well, maybe it's just running in the museum ..
why not ?
This museum is a trip from a fairytale. I hope to visit some day! However it's mising Van Gogh most famous painting Starry Night. This museum should buyback Starry Night and display it amongst Van Gogh other paintings.
Arte monumental!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Loving Vincent, you are 0.00001%
Praying to visit this place someday. ❤
Please do!
Meu pintor favorito
Thank you so much for giving access to all who can't travel there to "visit" and appreciate Van Gogh art. I think he would (Van Gogh) wanted that way.
When i was there there was a painting at the entrance, before the stairs, of a straight road with some trees and small hosue to the right of the road. Can anyone help me find it? Thanks.
One day i will be there🙏😊
I wish people knew more of van Gogh's worth while living...
Yes Can. It is so sad that he himself didn't know how people would appreciate his work later...

What is your favorite Van Gogh painting in this episode?
Van Gogh Museum It is very difficult to choose but among all my favorites being able to see The Potato Eaters in a new light because of its history and what role it played in the progression of Vincent’s artistic journey was wonderful. The music that accompanied it was also something I enjoyed very much. Thank you again Van Gogh museum for your amazing series. I hope you do more. ❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼🥰🥰❤️❤️
🤔As I watched this episode, I enjoyed looking at Vincent's self-portraits especially with bandaged ear and with palette and brushes; also la Tambourin - love the hat! And the eggs in a nest, so sweet. His landscapes and seascapes are enticing. The gnarled roots are powerful. The cherry blossoms are exquisite. Of course the Yellow House, the inimitable Sunflowers🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 and his Bedroom are firm favorites too. Just love the way he applied paint to the canvas, all those gorgeous, luscious brushstrokes and his use of color to convey how he felt about his subject. Impossible to choose a favourite☺️
Will always be the Sunflowers.
Yes.
Almond Blossom ♥️ thank you VAN GOGH Museum!!!!
Vicent Van Gogh .veel liefde op cuturaal vídeo.

Is it okay if I use some scenes for my English project?
I dont know why people pay so much for those "Immersive Experience " or "virtual tour" instead just visit this Van Gogh Museum and experience the real masterpiece of itself
There's nothing like the real thing : )
Money is the issue and no vacation time.

I’ve waited for the starry starry night painting. I didn’t see it.
It's at the MoMA in NYC
Beautiful video! When visiting another city or country, every educated person must visit a museum. Visiting museums is very useful and fascinating. A love for the "eternal" and "beautiful" is awakened in a person, the beginnings of greatness and respect for history are inculcated. It is impossible to turn the excursion into something banal, ordinary and boring. The person should be a comprehensively developed person, cultured, educated, critically and analytically thinking, with knowledge of foreign languages. It is the knowledge of a foreign language that opens wide prospects for a person to realize his/her creative potential, career and financial growth. I would like to recommend the practical training course by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language", where you can find lots of useful information how to learn a foreign language quickly. Learn a foreign language and realize your creative potential on an international scale! The international community needs creative ideas! Thanks to the author of the channel for a very fascinating tour!
