1973 was the first year for those 2nd generation Jimmys & K5 Blazers. Same with the 7th generation Suburbans & 3rd generation C/K series pickups too & nearly all of the models were produced up through 1991. When I say "nearly" I mean the regular cab pickups "half tons & three quarter tons only" stopped being produced in 1987, & same for the one ton regular cab pickups too but in 1989.
nice truck!!!! I got my GMC Jimmy yesterday and is in really good condition any advice ? I am really happy I got it from my older brother, I paid 5,000 dollars. In California I don't see those truck anymore!!!
