My 20 votes went to this amazing soul that is Loreen. Her song was the best and that voice is perfection. ♥
Congratulations!! This is amazing! ❤🇸🇪
I'm voted for Loreen ! She is fantastic ! Good job, Sweden !
Please Bring Loreen To The U.S And Interview Her! America needs Loreen Too!! ❤🎉
Thanks for a good program !
queen
Yes finally they talked about legendary Loreen on American television! She deserves global acknowledgement! Thank you CBS! ❤🎉😢
When was this Eurovision created? This is the 1st time i've ever heard of it lol
It's been around for a good while; the Irish dance sensation Riverdance first appeared on this show!
Hun, Will Ferrell even made a comedy about it, called Eurovision (he´s a fan of the competition due to his Swedish wife, I think Loreen even made a cameo in the film), it´s absolutely spot on and hilarious.
Eurovision started in the 50´s. Next year, it will be 50 years since ABBA won it. Celine Dion started her global career by winning it.
1956
well , the story, the idea started in 1950 something, but the first time, and televised 1956. started with 7 countries now around 40 countries
Host gets it wrong, fans put Finland over the edge, anonymous juries put Sweden in the lead.
But her televotes got read up last, that was what he meant. If she would not get that big televotes (even though it was not bigger then Finland) she would bot go over the Edge and win.
Cha cha cha
to be fair the jury put loreen over the edge, not the fans.
No but since she still got the second biggest televote vote last they actually put her over the Edge 😊 I understand what you mean but he is right ❤
@@Dsdsds346 Public gave Finland 376 points, Sweden 243. But sure, they wanted Sweden to win SO bad.
Juries saved us from the circus finland
@@sakispappas2209 the circus was Loreen fake crying and being nervous while knowing she was gonna win the rigged jury vote
@@vem9583 you dont understand what Im saying, she got the televotes last when they had them in the two screens. The fact that she got the second highest televotes made her go over the Edge, so speaking literally. Her televote points was given last of the whole announcement. So with Loreens whooping Juryvote, the televotes/publicvote she got tipped her over the edge. And 246 is a big number too.
Thanks for keeping the discussion civil.
Finlans's song cha cha cha by käärijä that came second got the most tele votes and second most tele votes in the history of eurovision. The whole audience shouted cha cha cha and wanted käärijä to win, but juries gave Loreen too much points.
Stream cha cha cha by Käärijä.
He did not win. Loreen won and she deserve the attention, why should they stresm him? Loreen still got there second highest televotes which is awesome and she won fair and square cause of her landslide Juryvotes. You knew the rules before. So no need to complain now.
The chanting was a rude attack started by his fans, not ok at all and not cool
televoters are teleturkeys
Surprised it wasn't Ukraine or Israel who won.
Not a pretty award!😊
Such a coincidence that Sweden will host next year on the 50th anniversary of Waterloo by abba. I call a fix.
That was the most hillarious thing I ever heard, time to leave the ESC bubble for a year 😂
It rather would have to do with that the fans want's us to host next years show. Petra and Måns always deliver (so I hope it will be them hosting the show again, for the third time).
And the winner gets a thumbs-down. 😂👎
