Ayahuasca are amazing. I could remember several years ago, alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.
Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped
you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
YES very sure of Dr.alishrooms. I have the
same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma
How can i find him? Is he on insta
It’s pretty interesting that psychedelics can have such a huge impact on people. I’ve definitely seen lex’s vibe change since he came back from the jungle.
When do we get a video with the full account of Lex's ayahuasca journey?
There was an opportunity here, but Huberman is terrible listener, he loves to ramble on his own perspectives...At least he should let it for the audience and ask some questions...Lex, we would love to hear more!!
@@jurezl7214 yeah, in this case even thought he’s the one being interviewed and should be the one talking, it’s like he only asked to have an opportunity to cut Lex off! lol. I love Dr Huberman but he is a flibberdegibbit.
Thank You Les and Andrew for this very interesting conversation. In the past, i have had many psychedalic experiences with LSD, which i found beautiful, humbling and enlighting. Initialy i felt that almost all adults would benifit from an acid experience but as time went on i believe that there are certian personality types that will not find the experience pleasant at all. This admittally is an over-simplification, but individuals that have control issues or a elivated value of self did not enjoy the trip. The setting of where the experiance takes place as well as a trusted individual to help walk the subject through can enhance the experiance. The work being done by Andrew and others in helping cope with PTSD and other trama is an encouragement and i hope will continue to get funded. Once again Les, thank you for sharing your love for people and may God continue to bless you and your loved ones.
...peace, richard
Uhhhh so what about Lex's experience?? Lol brother Huberman started rambling 😂
Rambling?? Naw. You just didn't hear what you wanted.
@andrewgrant3453 video title: "on ayahuasca and psychedelic" Huberman in same video for 4+ minutes: talks about biological and environmental effects on time perception, human time perception and sleep wake cycles, brings up iboga and some research that didn't happen..... what else is rambling? It's not like I'm insulting Huberman lol 😆. I'd think Lex having just done ayahuasca is worth asking more about....
@@andrewgrant3453 he does ramble. Don't get blinded by authority, he rambles a lot. He get's carried on and never stops. He did the same in the jordan peterson one, where peterson would offer a certain perspectivy from psychology he shows no interest and keeps rambling about his stuff.
Yeah based on the title of the video@@andrewgrant3453
Lex, Huberman walked all over your opportunity to talk about your ayahuasca experience. Tell us more about it please! We need more intelligent people thinking about psychedelics.
what are these bot comments
maybe im different but ive been so far out i forgot who i was. i havent tried dmt but i look forward to it as every interaction ive had with lsd and psylicybin has been transformative.
Just me or is it disappointing that Lex didn't come back from the Amazon with dreadlocks , John Lennon sunglasses, a nose piercing and a tie dyed tshirt 😎 Just a 3 day growth

Psychs are experiential. Every energy encounters a different experience. Strange to have someone make shortsighted comments on Aya. When they’ve never sat 🙏🏾
I’ve definitely have felt lighter and that sense of meaning people talk about ever since I did 4.5 grams of hillbilly mushrooms. I’m 22 too so I’m not sure if it was the wisest idea but I feel like I jumped out of my big depression. I’ve had it ever since I could remember. I’m more social since psychedelics, less needy, I like people more, not really sad. I have bad days like anyone else but they’re more manageable.

Never heard of that. But psilocybin and ketamine have been used to help with PTSD. With psilocybin they were able to, what seems to be, completely cure PTSD. One session with a high dosage followed by therapy to make sure. It's insane. But they still rather feed people pills.
I'd be very careful with the word "cured". It's therapy and it only works if you put in the work.

well check into Kentucky and 340b
Everyone, I know who 😮has experimented with Hallucinogenics and ayahuasca are still handicapped and lost. consciousness didn’t wake up to itself the mind had a trip that’s it. The ego claims it has healed trauma but it’s just a loop more ayahuasca more hallucinogenic over and over and over and over and over again nothing changes all is happening in the dream
DMT comes in vapes now. Its going to free so many minds.
Tru but people need to be careful and make sure what they’re gettin is legit. I’ve used a pen before n it’s much harder to blast off but it’s good for beginners Ina sense to get an intro n feelin for it. Another issue I had with the pens is the higher potential for abuse which can diminish the experience quite a bit
Unfortunately this will not be some mass "transformative" paradigm shift for society at large. Think of it as healthy as water and you trying to take a sip from a water fountain, except that water fountain is a fire hydrant. It's not a cheat-code that suddenly makes you "transcend" or something. It's a deep, meaningful experience that requires the right preparation, mindset, and then the capacity to meditate and learn from it after deep rumination. What Lex did.
Most people will be blasted from the fire hydrant that will either throw them off the whole experience altogether, or worse yet, actually harm them than help.
People are good at abusing everything and anything, and these stronger substances are no joke.
@user-ec9hb3bo7mthe research is so little with psychedelics that we don’t even know half of the interactions our brain is having with these substances, on the good side we could have incredibly amazing treatments for mental illness but as of right now in this illegal market, we’re more likely to be giving ourselves mental illnesses that we wouldn’t have naturally developed otherwise.
Don’t think its helpful to describe them as terrifying they can be but you need to go into with a certain level of respect for the experience and remember to breathe and relax if you encounter and uncomfortable emotion/vision. Saying they are terrifying just scares people off from trying them when they most likely will have a totally positive experience.
Its a bias towards the bad trip experience when i would say its way more likely you will experience the opposite.
What type of keyboard is that?

I watched the Antares cult documentary on Netflix. The visions they had from repeatedly taking Ayahuasca caused them to be delusional and kill a baby.
This comment lol
And the Moon.
I couldnt listrn to this guy blubbering trying to prove how smart he is
Neurons in your eyes???
He meant to say photons
Huberman always has so much to say, but I always found him somehow empty. He has this incredible way to wrap all into a very rationalize way, like he never let it go. Maybe more LSD bro just let it go
Should of asked him about the embryo 😂
should of? 😅
It sucks that people like Huberman and Rogan have made talking about Hallucinogens cringe as fu**
I think that’s just you bro
White dudes talking about ayahuasca after using two times. And worse, as if every ayahuasca preparation is the same, which is not, every time we cook the bevarage the end result is totally different. I use ayauhasca as a religious sacrament since 2009, at least two times a month, and I can't even start to grasp what goes on in the DMT realm, either I'm too dumb or those guys are genius. I admire Lex and the podcast, but you should talk about ayahuasca from the perspective of us, south americans, brazilians, peruvians, not any dude who have two experiences only, is just not scientific.
Since when does Huberman have a lisp when he talks?!
It’s probably the microphone position being pointed at an angle upright close to the bottom of his mouth, along with the compression from the microphone
@@Girt- Ok maybe. I'm gonna try that out at home and see if it does that to my speech.
don’t do drugs
Your brain is a drug factory.
Andrew is completely incapable of actually listening or caring about what the other person says. He just waits his turn to talk about whatever bs he wants to yap about. Would have been nice to hear more from Lex than whatever factoid he wanted to constantly share.
