  • You want to know how to synchronize carburettors? After this video you will know how to do it!
We synchronize the 4 carbs of a Suzuki Bandit 1200 naked bike together step by step and everything is explained in detail.
Of course to do that you need good gauges. I tried the cheap ones myself and I can tell you - Save the money and buy expensive ones right away. Anyway, we begin with closing the air valves on all gauges. This is important because if the needles shiver too much the mechanics inside of the gauges can be destroyed. So you always want to close all valves before you start. And then open them slowly until the needles move a little bit. We also connect every single gauge to only one carburettor first and adjust the movement of them to the same. This way we can make sure to get a good synchronization of the Bandit 4 cylinder (Type GV75A). We go ahead with mounting the four gauges to our four carbs. Let the bike idle until the engine is hot. Then adjust the carbs to the same vakuum values with the small philips head screws between the carburetors and the cylinders. You also hear when the syncing is good or bad. The idling sounds much smoother when we are finished.
Then mount the plugs on the vakuum nipples of the carbs. Some bikes have the nipples and some have screws, then you need adapters to connect the vakuum hoses.

I hope you enjoy my video and it helps you to repair your own stuff - because thats my intention! Thank you for watching

Thank you for your nice words. My gauges are from "boehm", a German company (price 220€). According to their website they ship worldwide. It's rather expensive but believe me I tried the cheap ebay stuff and it's well spent money.

Tenho dúvidas sobre qual equipamento comprar. please you need to help me!
my vacuometer is fluctuating a lot
but the pointer is at "0" that's right, it is at zero!
    I am trying to synchronize,
I try to close the regulation register
but the pointer goes crazy, it cannot be stable
    I don't know why, I've tried everything,
I accelerate the bike, but it does not increase smoothly, it stays at 0 or keeps oscillating a lot
