    30 days for pedophelia, but 30 years for insurance fraud?!?! Wtf is wrong with the justice system?! 😤

    • @cereliaadduci9438
      @cereliaadduci9438 Před 10 měsíci +87

      I did some research
      1, the 30 years prison sentence was for arson, insurance fraud, desecration of a cemetery and was given an additional 20 years for violating his probation. This means that the initial sentencing for violating a 7 year old was probation, only probation, if he had just violated his probation by missing a meeting, he would have only gone to jail for the 30 days immediately, the judge added 20 years because of the lengths he went to to avoid the 30 day sentence. The initial sentence was still only 30 days if he violated his probation. It was never 20 years for violating a child.
      2 a suspended sentence means he was found guilty but was given a delayed prison sentence and put on probation and the judge will generally dismiss the case and not force the accused to serve the prison sentence if the comply with the probation, which makes this 10 times worse in my opinion.
      3 I believe pedophiles deserve the death penalty and the fact that he was initially given a suspended sentence makes my blood boil. Probation for ruining a child’s life and robbing them of their innocence, but 30 years for faking his own death and insurance fraud in which no one actually got hurt 😤 that’s not justice and you can’t change my mind.

    It's absolutely sick how they took that child's dad from him, gave him back, then convinced him that it wasn't his dad. I wonder how long they were planning to keep up the charade. I pray their son and the 7 year old survivor are doing well🙏🏽❤

      Plus - it was really stupid that they continued to live there. Living there would only incite more suspicion.

    "So what'd you get 50 years for?"
    "Probation violation"
    "....I feel like you're leaving out some details"

    Wow. They're both despicable. Imagine gaslighting a child and robbing a grave to get out of a child molestation charge. Every bit of it is Dark. A bit Strange and Mysterious, too.

    The first clue that something was wrong here wasn’t that there weren’t any skid marks but that Clay left the house at 11pm but the car was on fire at roughly 6am. I mean, 40 miles wouldn’t take 7 hours!!
    Also, irrespective of Molly’s involvement in the cover-up & insurance fraud, the fact that she stayed with a POS that admitted to sexually assaulting a child, was enough for her serving 20 years. Clay should be in jail for life.

      He may have changed that detail for the story. But in reality the police where told he left at 5am or something.

      I never understood why they make such a big deal out of skid marks in wrecks like this. If someone fell asleep there would be none, or if they got disoriented by the curves, turned the wrong angle and drove off a ledge

      @@swaggery ah I see! That would make more sense.
