  • Credit cards are a wonderful way to earn money, by doing nothing!
I personally make all my payments through credit cards, and make passive money on all of that!
However, in addition to that passive money, there is an additional way to make money through credit cards, that I want to introduce to you!
Just by using this method, I make a little more than half a lac rupees per year.
    Free money.
    Just by doing nothing!
Who would want to say no to that?
    I won’t!
And if you won’t like to say no either, let’s explore how you can do that, using Uni cards.
You can know more about Uni Cards here: unicards.onelink.me/KRuW/e6da...
This lifetime-free PayLater card allows you to split every bill into 3 equal parts over 3 months for 0 extra costs. You can pay over 3 months or in 1 - it’s all up to you. And, if you pay everything in 1 month, you earn a flat 1% cashback. Serviceable in 39 cities across India and expanding!

One thing we are forgetting in all of this is that this kind of credit card activity increases your spending habits and at the end of the day you would be saving less than before, and it's this savings which is going to make you rich and not spending unnecessarily in the hope of getting a tiny cashback.

    Ankur sir,
I was hoping and waiting for you to make this video :)
While the concept is nice, to be able to have a 3 months, no cost EMI card, Uni still has quite a long way to go.
The 1% cashback, while sounds nice in terms of actual cash being reduced from the bill, if it is considered to be a reward rate, is actually less than the ones offered by other major card companies. The biggest plus point for this card, as of today, is that fuel surcharge is waived off, irrespective of the vendor, hence, there it shines. No surcharge plus the 1% off, otherwise, there is still a huge scope of improvement. This card is best for people who want to build up a credit score or are quite new to the credit card game.
Your videos are informative and honest. Thank you :)
    Regards.

First of all it's difficult to get 6% from any liquid fund. At most 3.30% anyone can get. AMC or any broker app generally show the statistics in such a way that people think they will get 6-7% return. That number CAGR value for 3 year duration.
Next, as per RBI guidelines you can withdraw 90% of the total investment or 50000(whichever is minimum). So make sure to withdraw the required amount on time, and don't miss out bill payment due to lack to total amount.

Also for many other merchants, they have higher cashbacks. Just an FYI. If you have a good track record of paying back your CC bill. Then, you can talk to your bank and raise your credit limit. You should also bargain hard to remove annual fees. Keep your expenses low even with high credit limit. This will benefit your CIBIL score as your Usage% will get lower.

Actual comparison of cost benefit should include the rewards points on a normal credit card vs pay later cards . Another key point although it has no disadvantages is in your credit score this card will reflect as a loan and not as a credit card expense

Their website mentions: "Choose to pay in full, POST the 30 days free credit period & enjoy 1% rewards in the form of cashback."
So one would be eligible for cashback if he pays after credit free period, so that attracts 3-3.5% / month interest. So effectively you will loose 2-2.5%.

Nope! You're confused. All credit cards have a billing cycle of 30 days. Then you get 20 days time to pay off the bill. Which means 50 days interest free credit period. If you pay in full after 30 days and before 50 days, no charges at all. If only you don't pay the full due amount after the 50 days' time, you're charged interest. But, Uni card allows us to pay 1/3 of the bill amount instead of the entire bill at zero interest!

Uni card is not credit card. It is credit line Or you can say PayLater just like Paytm, Ola, Flipkart, etc. But it works similar as Credit Card.

    Hi Ankur!
Thanks for the detailed explanation. However, when I tried to signup for the card, it showed me that it'll a few days to process my application as the partners systems are under maintenance. I just feel there could've been a better time for Uni to have rolled out a video with you.
