If the movie The Rock was filmed today instead of Nick Cage would it be Dwayne Johnson ?

I always always wanted to go there all my life. I live in San Diego so it’s not like super far but no money or things come up in life I guess ?
Besides the rain you sir are making me Jealous jkjk Everyday I will say it, you live the life daily! Thank you for taking us on your adventures in time and mind! Sharing your life! WE LOVE THE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I SHALL ALWAYS JOIN YOU!
Adam are you allowed to film in the mob museum in Vegas that would be a good blog. trev
TheDailyWoo This is one place definitely on my bucket list really cool video thanks for taking us
Adam do some Dirty Harry filming locations
The black knife shapes is where the actual knifes would hang. That made it easy for the guards to see if one was missing. The same thing was done in the various workshops to make sure none of the tools went missing.
Where I worked we did much the same thing so people would know where the tools were supposed to go and to make it obvious when one wasn't where it belonged.
There was a gunwalk outside of the chow hall. Guards with Thompson submachine guns could open fire at any minute anything got out of hand.
Ahhhh.....you beat me to this comment by a year! I still wrote mine though before seeing this one. Good job though! You are correct!
That's what he said
The Alcatraz tour is easily one of the coolest things you can ever visit in your life. You can literally feel the history as you walk around it. It should be on everyone's bucket list. I loved that tour when I went to San Fran and I hope to do the nighttime tour some day.
I used to be the night watchman on Alcatraz. I would be out there by myself all night. Yes it’s definitely haunted. It’s a whole different experience being the only one on the island all night.
Motorized Misfit if your the " only one ", on the island, whose haunting it ?????
thats awesome, care to share any spooky experiences?
I came home from work early one day, only to hear strange pounding and moaning noises coming from my wife's bedroom... Still to this day can't explain it... Weird man
@@simonmcnicholas I bet it never happens when you're with your wife.
@B. Fagan Thank you grammar nazi
Ironic all the inmates trying to escape all those years now people pay to get in😁😎morning Adam! This was incredibly RAD
HAHAHAHAHAHA right?
We loved Alcatraz when we visited! We did the night tour and the views were incredible
I can imagine at night it's amazing
You’ve always been a great teacher Adam. Thanks for the tour. Have a great day. :-)
In my humble opinion, you should receive a Oscar from the academy awards for your video content.
One of the most interesting channels on the public format. 🎥
Very kind of you . Thanks so much
Havent seen a grown man were a toung ring since 1998 js

When I visited the Rock, they said that the shadows of the knives were painted so that if one was stolen, they would know immediately which one was missing and what to look for
I remember doing a tour and asking about that.
Went here on a school field trip in the 80s. I enjoyed it, but it was super creepy.
Lucky you grew up on a groovy era
@@Brianbravo2000 definitely! Wish I could go back to that time. All my neighbors were from different backgrounds and cultures, and we were like family. Helping each other out. Wish it could be that way now. I try.
Lucky
Would love to go to this place.... I can only dream!
I went to Alcatraz several years ago. I was impressed by it and it’s history. When you enter the main jail cells you feel the anger, pain, frustration of those who lived there. Impressive
Its their fault for killing
I was literally just watching a documentary on Alcatraz! Thanks Adam! Love your videos man. Fun fact - Over the 29 years there were 36 inmates who staged 14 escape attempts, 23 were recaptured only 5 are still missing, presumed drowned. Again thank you. Peace....
Some fascinating history there for sure
Where was the documentary on or tv on the website ?
That's why it popped up on your recommended list.
@@romansroad2007; Start with this documentary from 1971, with interviews with a captain of the guards, and Alvin "Creepy" Karpis, the longest serving inmate on Alcatraz (25 years - 1 month). czcams.com/video/wCK7XsxmAzg/video.html
I think they survived
My husband is 50 next year and this is one of our stops on our trip. Bucket list ticked. Greetings from the UK!
Great to see you back Adam.
So glad you took me to Alcatraz, I loved it a lot, so atmospheric!
The cell with the paper mache head and the "creepy hallway between the cells" were all part of the escape plan.
Great video, glad you got to explore it. We did two vids here, one during day and one at night. One of my favorite places to explore! Wish we could collab someday when you're around the Bay!
That'll be awesome!
@@knox_3234 I would think so 🙏
Thank you Adam & Jacob , what a treat ! Xxx

I love all of your videos Mr.Woo,My wife and I Visited Alcatraz on August 2 2019.The biggest shock was in the chow hall and I felt a presence and I mean eerie presence I was standing there in the chow hall and heard a deep whisper in my right ear constantly so I looked around nobody was there. My wife and I went into D block number one and we both felt the ground shake. I never believed in paranormalUntil this day what an experience Alcatraz was for us. Our two hour tour was not enough so we will go back. I want to thank you for all of your videos my friend peace my brother.

By far this has been one of my favorite things I have done in my traveling life. My wife and I so enjoyed this tour and the history on the island. It is amazing.
Hard to believe that was your first trip to the Rock... You mentioned Al.Capone, they promote his cell at Eastern State Penitentiary bigtime during Haunt Season.
I've been to Eastern State..
@@AbandonedExplorationUrbex1979 Me too, very strange place.
Welcome to The Rock! So glad you made a visit ... it’s such an interesting place to be. Great shots!

This is actually on our bucket list to visit Adam. there is so
much history and interesting stories from there.
Woohoo! Thanks for listening to your subscribers suggestions. You've crossed off a few peoples bucket list items (mine included) and loved that you covered the escapees. Loved watching that episode with the diver on Unsolved Mysteries many moons ago. :)
Great video as always
Greetings from México, super vídeo, the best vídeos as always Adam
Awesome. The DailyWoo. I am glad that you enjoyed my City and my Home of S.F. I had visited Alcatraz myself and it is an amazing place! I am also happy that you enjoyed Alcatraz!
Probably one of your best videos!
Hey Adam. Love your new filming technique. Beautiful framing and Cinematography. Been an avid follower for almost 4 years.
I bet 60 years ago the convicts, workers and families never would have thought the place would become a huge tourist destination years later.
Hello Adam! My Dad took me there a long time ago when I was about 12 years old. Thnx For a Memory Lane Episode! Enjoying the WOO! CJ
One of my favorite vacations was going to California, to Alcatraz and San Diego zoo, and Monterey bay. Thanks Adam
Kandice I would love to join you
I've been waiting for this since you relocated to the West Coast. Thanks!
Doesn't mean that I wouldn't be planning to visit some day.
Very interesting and well done as usual, thanks Adam.

Bravo, Woo! Excellent presentation! Enjoyed it immensely. I visited the Pier back in summer 2000. Had a chance to take the boat out to Alcatraz but didn't. I've always wondered what we missed. Now I know! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Thank you so much for this tour video ! Your right in that I don’t know that I’ll ever make it to Alcatraz. I live in the middle of New York State but have wanted to go there forever !!!

Love the implementation of the sounds by the water, birds and sea lions! Great job! Next time I want to go with you please!
I was there last month. I couldn't believe how windy and cold it was. It's the first week of August, and I'm wearing a coat!!!
Great video. I hope to tour Alcatraz one day
It is a lot of fun.
Have fun in SF. I was born and raised in Fremont, CA. There is so much stuff to do and see in the city. Thank you for giving me a chance to see my city again. I can never go back because I have ALS. It's keeping me pretty much at home seeing all the wonderful things through the lens of great folks like you. Peace be with you. See if you can find Grace Slick. I hear she's awesome and friendly. This is such an iconic place! The whole location makes you think it's the last place you would ever want to be. The Rock was such a craptastic movie!
Great video keep up the great work brotha god bless you
Thanks Adam, I've always wanted to go to The Rock but will likely not be able to get there 😟. I'll have to keep living vicariously through you for these places
You do a great job Adam, I love your Gatlinburg video!!!!!
Warden : No one has ever escaped from Alcatraz. And no one ever will
Frank Morris and John and Clarence Anglin : Hold our Beers.
The Dummy head you are looking at at 6:24 is probably one of the three used by Morris and the Anglin Brothers when the escaped in 1962. They've never been recaptured and no bodies have ever been found.
ty for sharing, very cool!
Thanks nice video of Alcatraz!
