Lots of added features...nice house! Not much privacy from neighbors would be my dislike! The master bathroom is beautiful! I agree the courtyard is a bit much. Overall nice house!
Even on most one acre lots, you will see neighbors. You have to go to a bigger plot of land to get total privacy. However you would lose the convince of this neighborhood being so close to everything. It all depends on what your goals are. I do appreciate you watching my channel.

Big backyard, and the pool's so close to the house that it's nearly impossible to put a fence around it without disrupting the patio area. Do any of these homebuilders or buyers have kids? Nobody thought to build the pool 20 feet farther away?
In this price bracket, their would be very few people statistically with toddlers. That's my guess. Thanks for watching my channel. I really appreciate it.
