Really nice home, quality builder but a home of this size and price needs to be on a little more acreage or tree covered all around the home. High taxes in Anaqua Springs as well. I like what they're doing in Belle Oaks Ranch right now. Small acreage but setting the houses nicely on the lot. I'm a man of faith and believing God for a brand new construction in that area or one like it. I've been researching the vicinity for years. Nothing I've been doing is in vain it's just about God's timing. My challenge is finding a home that sits back on the lot with trees in front of the house as well as back and sides.
Can you please tell me the name of the pool company she used and about how much did it cost?
How much is this home and real eastate tax?

why don't you guys invest in a videographer?
I could however then I would be just like everyone else. Doing it this way allows me to make more videos at a faster rate which gets more information out faster. If I spent my time trying to make a video perfect, I would never have time to help clients. In this video, I remember her mic was not turned on until after we shot it so the sound quality is not what I would like.
This house is so horribly designed. There's no form or functional to the layout. Who's idea was it to place huge glass doors and windows in the bathroom
The people who had the house built wanted that. Don't ask my why. The builder rep said they talking about putting a different glass in it. Maybe rain glass.
@@jasonpaynerealtor that would definitely work towards adding more appeal. I mean who would want to feel uncomfortable their own home while in the restroom
It's so people coming from the pool area don't traipse through your house with wet feet/dripping suits. Typically these are built with showers so guests can shower after a swim. You'd have to cover the doors with blinds/shades, obviously.
