For the past couple of weeks I've been walking those roads every day. Wanting to know more about old Wishaw and seeing the way things once were. Thanks for posting this wonderful treasure.
I spent my childhood living on Alexander Street, across from the bowling green, and remember the Stenton Cottages very well. Lots of memories, thanks for posting this fine wee film.
Boy, that brought back a lot of memories. I lived on Alexander Street from the late 50s to about 1967 (flats across from the Bowling Green) and remember the Stenton Cottages well.
I really like this video. I would love to walk those streets. I hope all is well with you and yours. We are doing fine. We just returned from a 32 day road trip from Lynchburg to California and 13 states in between. Spent 2 weeks with Joes folks in Chico, California then back to Hope Street. Would love to hear from you again. Love and Blessings from Hope Street, Lynchburg, Tennessee.
That took me back to a time I once knew. Thank you for a bit of home from far away in NZ. Have a great Christmas from Helen the Scottish Kiwi 87.
