Tell me, how often have you seen a spit take in real life? How many times? Your answer is probably 0 and at the most its once.

My sister was dating her boyfriend for years and he had two children from two different women. When my sister became 8 weeks pregnant, our dad became an ordained officiant and my sister planned a SUPRISE WEDDING at their baby shower and my dad wore a catholic priest costume from a halloween store and married them at the baby shower lol. Years later my dad kept his officiant license and married his 60 year old sister in the same outfit, but because it was a western themed wedding, my dad also wore a cowboy hat and boots. And during both ceremonies, he was a comedian the entire time. My dad is hilarious lol. The process of marrying a couple was a beautiful joke and both couples loved it.
I'm sure Cody did an excellent job officiating the wedding because he is hilarious!

Jokes aside, we're living in a country where we are not seen as human beings with autonomy. So actually, we do need men to speak louder than ever alongside us because as women, we are legally now 2nd class citizens and our laws literally do not give any fucks about what we have to say.

You’re not a 2nd class citizen. You are being hyperbolic and ridiculous and I know that you know it. Because if you understood what the job of a Scotus judge is, you’d know they interpreted the constitution correctly as there as absolutely no literature that states anything even close to relation of rights to an abortion. And their only sworn duty is to rule based purely and only on the constitution.
They found it to not be mentioned, because it’s literally not. So they handed it back to the states so they can decide individually. That is the only correct option no matter how you cut it, period.
Roe V Wade should have never been ruled. It was a mistake, always has been, and it has thus been corrected.
And the best part is, if you want an abortion you can vote for local officials that will support it in your state because you can change it now.
This is extremely dramatic and pretty misinformative. I understand how upsetting the topic is. but, the overturning legally means that they didn’t find anything in the constitution to support roe vs wade, they’re basically saying “we don’t know, you guys decide” and the decision goes back to the states. To try to put a positive spin- we now have more power in our local and state elections to legalize abortions in states. It will now be on bills during elections. We need to show up and use our voting power! I understand that this is hard, and emotions are running high. Try to focus on the facts.
