    छठे महीने (24 weeks-28 weeks) के बाद pregnancy induced blood pressure होने लगता है कभी diabetes होने की शुरुवात होती है और इसीलिए माँ वजन नियंत्रण में रहना चाहिए। छठे-सातवे महीनेमें weight gain ज्यादा गतिसे होता है। तो यह बोहोत महत्वपूर्ण है जानने केलिए की हमे हमारा वजन नियंत्रण में रखने केलिए क्या करना चाहिए। जैसे माँ का weight बढ़ता है वैसे पीठ दर्द होना शुरू होता है , तो आज इस वीडियो में जानना है की back pain relief exercises कोनसे करने चाहिए।
    जैसे माँ का वजन बढ़ता है वैसेही शरीर की पानी की मात्रा भी बढ़ने लगती है और इस कारन nerves / नसों में swelling/ सूजन आ जाती है जिस कारन हमे दर्द होना शुरू होता है साथ ही साथ हाथोमें में कभी कभी numbness भी आती है जो यह exercises करने से कम हो सकती है।

    Ma'am, is it safe to climb stairs during 2nd n 3rd trimester? I'm 22weeks now, climb roughly about 65-75 stairs daily to work, travel & back home. There's no discomfort as of now except for fatigue & heavy breathing. So I climb really slow. I use escalator, lift wherever available. Pls guide if stairs needs to be avoided.

    sweet starting mei nhi pasand aa raha tha but abhi khane mann karta hai
    1st trimister me spicy food pasand aa raha tha bilkl nonveg nahi khaya jaa raha,
    Hairfall kam ho gaya hai bhott,
    Skin is good no pimples but bhot zyada dry ho gaye hai
    legs me pain rehta hai …

    Hello mam mera 20 week h or placenta position anterior lower margin pr h and doctor ne complete bed rest advise kiya h so can i do these exercises please give me your suggestion
