I've been using Spidops with Upper Hand next to weakness policy Dragonite with extreme speed. Doesn't always go well but fun when it does.
Side Target Weakness Startegies are always fun until you match into Ogerpon and they know exactly what you want to do.

I was Gustavo in the first battle, got scared as hell by the sight of the mighty Spidops, had no clue what it could do, the turn one and late game double protect with flutter and lando was to prevent first impression. I am pretty sure flutter would survive the hyper voice, it was Shilian Tang Charlote regionals team, Flutter was crazy bulky

i'm a singles player and i've managed to get really great results with spidops as a lead. 252 HP with equal defense EVs, careful nature and red card with webs, gastro acid, thief and circle throw has legit won me a handful of games so far

Eggs whites aren't as much protein as you think. Here's the thing, egg whites are not a complete protein, meaning they have low bioavailability. Egg whites themselves have about a 40% synthesis rate. While on the other hand, whole eggs have a 90% synthesis rate. Because because the egg yolk has a lot of the amino acids that the egg white is missing.
