Well, finally a day without pain where I can type a comment. First day since Mar 24 that I've felt like doing anything other than lying in bed all day. Those two back surgeries have given me a run for my money but I did want to tell you that I have been watching your paintings and liking them all but just couldn't bring myself to type a comment and for that I'm sorry. As usual, this is a stunner! Perhaps I'll feel like painting again soon. Keep up the beautiful work there in beautiful Asheville. Being a natural North Carolinian myself, if I didn't have family here in Texas I'd be back in NC in a heartbeat!

Oh beautiful and talented One... I am struggling. Back in 2019 and 2020 I followed you and you straighten me out then so I’m hoping you can help me now… I cannot seem to find my groove again. I have followed every recipe to the tea, but yet my pants are either too thin call my cell activator is too thin. Back in 2019/20 I found my groove after talking with you a few times. Then I didn’t have a problem. I was mixing and matching and cooking this up and playing mad scientist and I came upon the cloud and pearl formulas on my own by mixing the different mediums by accident… It was a happy accident at that! But health issues made it so I didn’t paint for the last 2 1/2 years I have not painted. And now I can’t seem to get back into it i’m so excited to paint and thought maybe some of my ingredients were just too old. So I went out to Lowe’s and Home Depot and get a whole new batch of everything. I took Shelly‘s class. Even though I already had all the recipes, etc. But I can’t get it right. Something is wrong. And I am getting so frustrated that yesterday I scraped my canvas and literally threw it out the door. If there was a way to attach a photo here I would do so to show you my driveway that is now littered with scraped canvases!!… in an attempt to save myself frustration I am reaching out for help. My cell activator does not activate I have tried adding two drops of wood conditioner for every ounce of floetrol to try to a achieve Aussie results..(I have since ordered some Australian flow trawl and some more Liquitex medium) I am painting because it brings me joy, and now that I am in end-stage kidney failure, I need some form of relaxation. Needless to say, This is anything BUT relaxing! I do know that my worksurface is a little out of level. I have tried wedging it or shimming it but I don’t think that it is exactly level. I moved out to a level surface thinking that might make a difference and although I’m getting closer my cell activator still is not activating like it should. HELP!!

OK I am a little confused maybe you can clarify for me, I thought golden gac 800 and the gloss pouring medium were the same? I've been using floetral mixed with their gloss pouring medium And just water. what's the benefit of the gac 800?
GAC 800 helps prevent cracking, is my understanding.
Hello Michelle. They are very similar. The Golden Gloss PM is a little thicker. I reached out to Golden when they can out with the PM I asked what's the difference between the PM and GAC 800. they said not much. I use both sometimes just because I have it on hand.
