For some reason I have never been really inspired to try the swipe technique. This is the first time I have ever been inspired to try it. Your twist and follow through technique just changed the game for me! The final form of this was absolutely stunning! First time in a long time I feel like I have seen something new. Just beautiful. I agree. Makes it perfect. Wonder if I would have reached the same decision or if falling in love with some little bit of the half circle would have made me try to save it or keep it. Then again, I've been ruthless when needed so I hope that means I don't (always!) let sentamentality ruin my otherwise good paintings.

Totally beautiful in its own way. The color choices and swipes developing fine lines, cells and lacy areas are what make this painting amazing in a special way.
