- Welcome to the Willamette Valley in Oregon! This region is known for its world-renowned Pinot Noir and lush pastoral landscapes. It is only 45 minutes south of Portland and 15 minutes from the Oregon capital of Salem! We visit four of the top family-owned wineries, known for their friendly atmosphere, artisanal farming, and exquisite selections of wines.
Big Thanks to Travel Salem for making this possible!

🍷 0:36 - 3:08 Left Coast Estate: leftcoastwine.com
This second-generation family-owned winery sits on 500-acre grounds of beautiful farmland and oak trees. Their passion for winemaking and deep connection to the land is apparent throughout the tour of this vineyard, as much of the landscaping is native to Oregon and the production is done through solar power. We get an up-close view of the vineyard in a vintage Toyota Land Cruiser tour, making it one of the most memorable ways to explore the estate. We finish with a wine flight including a pour of the unique white pinot noir, paired with the wood-fired pizzas.
🍷 3:10 - 4:52 Johan Vineyards: www.johanvineyards.com
Certified-Biodynamic estate vineyard and winery, located in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA. The property features open seating and picnic tables throughout with a beautiful view of the vineyard. Take your wine for a walk, aka "wiking" through the vineyard trails.
🍷 4:58 - 7:49 Willamette Valley Vineyards: www.wvv.com
Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau with the dream of creating world-class Pinot Noir. We try the food pairings with local cheeses, and taste the wine from the spacious tasting room or in the unique Willamette™ Wine Pods, which are outdoor igloos. The winery is named “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers” by Wine Enthusiast.
🍷 7:50 - 10:08 Cória Estates: www.coriaestates.com
Cória Estates is a family-owned winery in the heart of the Willamette Valley, Oregon, with 360-degree views of the region from the top of the hill. We try a wine flight and get an up-close view of the vines, which are in the budding season here in April.

When I think of Oregon wines, I think Pinot Noir. Love the views.
Same here! Still on cloud wine from Oregon 🍇
Thank you for visiting and including our winery!
Our pleasure! We had a blast!
Beautiful! That pizza is making me hungry :)
You and me both!
Nice video! You captured some really great shots! Next time you visit let me know, happy to host you in the Carlton area where I'm from. Cheers!
Sounds good! We'd love to!
My greetings
If you like this scenery, visit Lake District UK. Very similar, but not to shame your area, but Lake District pummels even this place in beauty.
Not producing wine in the Lake District. Spain and Italy...? absolutely, but not the UK
The girl can cheers without even looking! 😆 You both got me excited for my trip there. I could feel the love and enjoyment you guys had for the Valley 🌲🍷🌳🍷🌲. I love the outdoors too!
Did you have to a reservation for each of these tastings?
You can just go Without a reservation! You may need one for the restaurant.
Guy didn’t pronounce Pinot Noir or willamette valley right. They’s some upscale California wooks guaranteed.
Love the Willamette Valley. However, , not even close to the top vineyards. This is amateur hour for the uneducated but, heh, almost any pinot from here is good.
Explain?? I'm new to wine and want to try the best red wines
