Same here. I love Pinot Noir but I haven’t tried Cabernet Sauvignon yet. I want to try Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alexander Valley (which is part of Sonoma Valley) because I heard they have a rich chocolatey aftertaste but they are so expensive. Anyone has any recommendations for good Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that won’t break the wallet?

@@mirandagoldstine8548 Miranda, Check out TotalWineandMore.com. Choose wine and then choose red wine -> Cabernets Sauvignon. Then click on Expert ratings and pick a bottle depending on your budget. Some good cabernets i have had are 1858 Nappa Valley, Caymus, The Bard - Realm vineyards and Blankiet estate. Hope this helps

Just tried my first from the region. 2018 La Crema. Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all.

I love Oregon Pinot Noir. It’s like getting Burgundy for less.

Something cannot be surrounded on three sides. Being surrounded means all sides.
