We just returned from that area this evening. We spent 5 days exploring the region as a retirement location. We loved Rogers and Centerton! So much to see and do there, and Rogers has community theater, and lakes! We have decided to pursue buying or building a home there. No downtown housing, way too expensive!
I lived in Harrison as a child and preteen and loved AR, now I’m moving back from Tampa where you can make 4000 a month and can barely pay your bills!!

I want to move from Phoenix. I want to be able to pay cash. I have no idea what the turn around time would be for it all to happen. Houses here are flying but it seems slim pickings to buy over there. I supposedly will have about 345k net after selling fees. I have a 5 and 3 year old. I'd love to be by a bike trail. Is it easy to get a job? My husband and I are in our 30s.

this is a snow job totally avoided the taxes like that isnt a key issue for retirees, they tax pensions and 401k
