    I live here in NWA and it is becoming highly populated now also I did hear from another Real Estate Rep as well that bentonville has no more room to build and is becoming more expensive with the huge migration. So many people are moving here from california , new york, chicago before long it will be like any other city. One of the reasons I moved here was because I thought it was like a nice smaller town and that the people are more friendly but that is not the case at times as alot of people here are snooty and don't really speak to one another. The most you may get at times are HI. I did speak to an uber driver that has lived here for over 25 years and he stated that it is where you live in the state. As this is America and people can move wherever they want- the culture here in NWA is becoming like that of Los Angeles. While I am grateful to live here , my hope is that we'll find a more down to earth place here and more friendlier people and not stand offish like you would find in a larger city. I pray that it will remain a nice place to live but we'll see.

    I'm looking into possibly moving to the Eureka area from out of state but I have some specific things I'm looking for. Maybe you can tell me if I can find them there. I'd like a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft that isn't more than 20 years old on at least 5 acres, preferably 10. The property needs to have a pretty large shop, around 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft with at least 3 bay doors large enough to drive a motorhome into. My wife wants a decent-sized pool behind the house too. Budget is $400k. Is this a possibility in NW Ark?

    Oh My! I have been told by people who live in NWA..and people who just moved there. "IT'S AN AREA OF IT'S OWN!"..."IT'S OWN STATE". I recently drove the area on a road trip. Fayetteville was really "Hilly". I did like "Rodgers" tho.

    • @aaranchristopher
      @aaranchristopher Před 2 lety

      Fayetteville is hilly but Springdale an rogers arent that much lol faytown aka Fayetteville isn't hilly at all on the west side of i49 like Weddington and porter. An springdale is in between rogers an Fayetteville and all Springdale is pretty much flat. Fay cops r cool. Springdale cops stop u for nothing. Rogers cops stop u also for nothing. Rogers, Centerton, lowell, cops don't like newcomers um Fayetteville is best bet to move tbh. Like you can be yourself there an everyone friendly. Its considered its own if you love football like being a fan of other team u may have probs. I lived here all my life an ive had a good life here, I'm not a sports fan also but I've had trouble with law for nonsense and mistakes, I know sup. I love like the trails tho, concrete or dirt, rememberwhen there wasn't one concrete trail too. Its a blast here tbh if you just wanna get away from crime, hrs of traffic, move to Fayetteville, just don't go the speed limit go 5 over or atleast somewhat over unless u in Johnson city, Johnson don't go 1mph over;) there be Lotta road rage lately tho bc new ppl been moving here, I see there plates when I drive, an they be slow, even in left lane, left lane is passing, if u ain't passing stay right please, I've almost hit a new jersey car cuz I was going 77 in far left, an this guy going 61 in a 70mph zone, an switch lane cutting me off an he don't even speed up all bc traffic merging on, like don't slow other people down please. An pay attention for there adding new roads with two lanes or more with round abouts in them be care full on those, this one guy almost hit me from back bc I was yielding the round about

    Hi there 🤩I have enjoyed a few of your videos, very informative! ! We are considering moving to the Ozarks. I have one little hitch that I’m sorry I have to ask🤔
    We have two adopted children from the Marshall Islands. How would they be treated there? What area should we avoid?
    We understand that Springdale has a large RMI community as, we have visited.
    We are looking be morning the mountain areas with horse property. What areas are best?
    Thanks so much for any input 😊

      @aaranchristopher Před 2 lety

      Springdale is a good place for Marshall islanders. Springdale is located in between rogers an Fayetteville. There's plenty of Marshallese churches in Springdale. I'm 29 an I grew up with Marshall islanders here in middle school an up, like in 2003 their population grew here. Like them an their whole families moved here from that one island that was bombed

      Safest places, outskirts of the towns. Um Fayetteville cops be the busiest but also be the most friendly out of all jurisdictions around in the area. And there's really no major crimes tho. Here an there crime but not like the big cities crime like LA Houston Dallas or tulsa crime rate

    Thanks for the videos! I’ve shared with friends we are interested in buying our retirement home in the Ozarks. Often, the first things that come up are, what about the humidity and mosquitoes? Is it that bad ?

    • @aaranchristopher
      @aaranchristopher Před 2 lety

      Humidity aint bad, and mosquitoes aren't really bad like Southern Arkansas. And Fayetteville isn't hilly at all on the west side of i49 like Weddington and porter rd!! Since I see you liked Fayetteville!!! An springdale is in between rogers an Fayetteville and all Springdale is pretty much flat. Fay cops r cool. Springdale cops stop u for nothing. Rogers cops stop u also for nothing. You can actually drink and walk around with the drink in your hand in Fayetteville around a perimeter of multiple blocks. Some bars in Fayetteville have a picture of the perimeter. And Springdale btw sales liquor on Sunday

      As a Californian the humidity takes three weeks to acclimate too, if you leave California when it’s 110 and hit Arkansas at 100 you’ll feel miserable that’s why everyone who visits bitches about it and visits often only last a week or so but once you acclimate once traveling back to California in the summer you’ll notice your skin dries out and cracks immediately you’ll have a need for lotion where in Arkansas you won’t as often

    I'm from SoCal and there's nothing like OC or LA traffic. So for me, NWA traffic is a drop in a bucket 😂. I'm really interested in NWA and university of arkansas Fayetteville for grad school. I looking for a different environment, low CoL, and an area in the sunbelt- NWA is on my radar.
    Also, great videos! Super informative.
