When the roof Polycarbonate sheet and big glass covering openings in the walls get dirty, it'll be a big pain to clean it for these old parents. Also these 12 mm rods on the windows will get dirty and rust in no time. Lots of places like under the stairs or the open space in 1st floor landing is simply a unutilized.
