- Secretary of State Antony Blinken has delivered some of the Biden administration’s strongest public criticism yet of Israel’s conduct of the war in Gaza, saying Israeli tactics have meant “a horrible loss of life of innocent civilians”.
Blinken underscored that the United States believes Israeli forces should “get out of Gaza".

Never trust Blinken.
Pretty pointless if they keep sending weapons 🏴🇵🇸
Blinken says they mustn't go in, the same people that equip them with weapons. Think we fools.
Dont steal Palestinian land, oil and gas.
There is a reason why not one Muslim country will take in any Palestinians.
You meant Israeli land that belonged to Israel and given to the Palestinians for peace which they never received. So the Palestinians broke the agreement and should lose the land.
@@jeffreyschwarz3699 Israel needs to take back Gaza, they're rightful God Given Land !
How can Israel steal they're own God Given Land ? Belongs solely to the Jews !
Finally Blinken has woken up 😂
He will never wake up .
No he hasn't, he's lying just like teh other leaders. Says one thing does another.
If Israel is not the occupying force what is it doing in Gaza? Further Israel is not looking for a "partner" to administer the area it is looking for someone to pay for the reconstruction of what it has destroyed. Get your facts straight.

Israel shouldn't pay for the damage. The Palestinians start a war and now the victim has to pay?
Gaza-based journalist Jehad Saftawi said that the *Hamas terrorist organization indeed uses civilians as human shields in the war against Israel.*
"Hamas terrorists used my family and hundreds of our neighbors as human shields. Hamas continues to hold the people of Gaza captive," Saftawi posted on X. "There should be no reconstruction of my family's home while a stockpile of weapons lies underneath.
Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar admitted the group “decided to turn that which is most dear to us - the bodies of our women and children - into a dam blocking the collapse in Arab reality.”
How about Hamas paying the bill for what it's done.
@@davidmc8475 Germany started it, make Germany pay. ever heard of WWII? Why should Palestine pay for Germany's crimes since 1948?
@@davidmc8475 Israel should have handed the issue to the UN, instead they chose to take matters into their own hands the result of which for Israel is universal condemnation of Isael and world-wide support for Palestine. Israel made this mess because they wanted to and now, they are paying the price for doing to Palestinians what the Nazi's did to jews.
Blinken will be history in 6 months from now.
The UK never fails to fall in line with US policy - except on the issue of Israel. Sunak has promised Bibi N. his full support, no matter how many Arabs are slaughtered in Gaza. Very odd. Has money changed hands? Surely we should be told.

The irony of you using the word "ludicrous" in a sentence following your distillation of the British and Israeli relationship as being the "aiding and abetting of genocide" is laughably ignorant and absurd.
@@nom_chompskyIt isn’t genocide, it’s more complex. It is though a mess, and destruction on this scale is abhorrent. Essentially Israel wants to block off Gaza and the West Bank, then take the best bits of the West Bank, and then it’s all cushtie. Except of course it won’t be because they ignore the Palestinian issue.
Blinken tells them to get out while sending them another billion dollars. Oy!
And the day after, USA vote 1B more to aid Israel Army!
What do you mean by Israel doesn't want to be the occupying force in Gaza when Israel has been, is, and continues to be the occupying force of Gaza? What Gaza are you referring to?
2 face Blinken.
Arming Israel what for?
Why don't anybody send in combined UN-troops into Gaza?
It would need Israeli approval -which they won't give.
@@user-zc4yd9ss7h Why does it need Israel's approval. Gaza is not israeli territory. Israel is an invader on Gaza's ground. It has no right to be there. And as Israel can invade Gaza, so can UN-troops. The latter but in a completely different intention. What would Israel be doing or daring to do against an UN-military which acts with be backing of the Palestinian People who say *_"We want You (UN/Internationals) and not You (Israel)?"_*
@@Vorname_Nachnahme I agree with your moral point. But Israel has direct control over Gaza, even though they have no moral or legal justification for it. Netanyahu is one election away from becoming history. Netanyahu does not have the support of the people of Israel.
this is only partially true, the Israelis don't like Netanyahu's domestic policy and want him gone, but ALL of Israel is rallying behind Netanyahu and support the offensive in Rafah and the other operations in Gaza
@@nom_chompsky yes, this is true, but the Israelis are still supporting him to conducting the Gaza operation and bring the hostages home, once this is done, he will most likely not get re-elected, but this is non of our business, the people in Israel will decide who they want as a PM
Sure, but when will that election happen?
My understanding is that they don't occur during wartime, the governing coalition is rupturing, or unless they are called for by the PM (I'm not that well-versed in parliamentary democracies and Israel's in particular), so there's no incentive for that until massive "centrist" Israelis start threatening Netanyahu's coalition.
I don't like Netanyahu and I never voted for him, but he is doing right to stand up to the US in this war. I stand behind him on this, Im very saddened to say that if wasn't for the US this war would be over already. Biden is giving hope to the enemies of Israel , its killing us. after the war we will replace him, us, the Israelis, not US government. it is way out of line for US officlas to publicly say he needs to go. imagine if we did that, its undermines nation's sovereignty

Israel has lost the war in GAZA. Israel shd leave GAZA. Let the Palestinisns luve in peace. Palestine belongs to the Palestinians.
Currently Palestinian resistance are completely fighting all alone to an occupying state that has advanced weaponry system and receives a lot of help from many rich countries of the world.
Why can the Palesyinians not govern themselves? Why must a foreign country administer them. Also, what control does Israel want wrt that administration?
Well, for one, Israel has murdered so many educated people. Hear about the top doctor who died in custody, perhaps from TORTURE??? 💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Where has self-government led? To this war. Fundamentally things have to change in the direction of greater security. Israel withdrew in 2005 and "self-government" since then has simply amounted to theft from the people, deprivation, suspension of elections and a total commitment to arming and violence.
They did , by elected hamas to govern gaza
they keep electing terrorists is the problem. they govern themseleves just very badly with insane corruption. the PLO is only slightly less worse than Hamas, slightly. and they havent had election in 20 years because they know Hamas would get elected there too
@@blazerunner9982 It's bizarre how people bend over backwards and even change the definition of words when it comes to Israel. Palestine isn't a state, Israel won't let them have statehood. Israel won't let them join the UN, Israel even denies them their cultural identity. They've been under occupation for half a century, that isn't governing themselves.
"its an irony" lol. its so ironic that the news around this conflict is driven by ignorance
Why don't you enlighten us?
Ye ye keep talking Blinken, we all know you dont mean it. Aiding a genocidal war against defenseless people in a tiny state that has no advanced sophisticated weaponry.
There should be a tunnel along the border of Gaza and Egypt to prevent weapons getting in. And also a tunnel connecting Gaza and the West Bank, give the Palestinians some hope for the future. Radical ideas are needed to find a path towards peace. The international community needs to go in and stop atrocity when both sides allow it to happen.
Putting up physical barriers on the Gaza / Egypt border isn't what I'd call a radical idea. Unless you're going to do the same to Israel. Hypocrisy is what got us here, not applying the same rules and standards to all sides. Doing more of the same will just give more of the same results.
América has presented the tunnel idea before. Trump did in like 2019

Here is a quote from the day: "Returning to the White House after a weekend at Camp David, the president said the bombing would not stop, unless the ruling Taliban "turn [bin Laden] over, turn his cohorts over, turn any hostages they hold over." He added, "There's no need to discuss innocence or guilt. We know he's guilty". In Jalalabad, deputy prime minister Haji Abdul Kabir - the third most powerful figure in the ruling Taliban regime - told reporters that the Taliban would require evidence that Bin Laden was behind the September 11 terrorist attacks in the US, but added: "we would be ready to hand him over to a third country"."
It really wasn't unreasonable to want retribution and revenge at the day, which was certainly part of the motivation for war. But we've also seen the mistakes we've made in pursuing that war for far too long.
So while we pursued the war longer than necessary, that was not the off-road your comment makes it out to be.
I've never understood this argument. You realize Afghanistan wasn't "good times" right? I mean if you're trying to sell an ill-advised military adventure, Afghanistan is the second worst example you could invoke (Vietnam being the worst).

Ok ... do we know a single Arab country that is giving Palestinian refugees citizenship?
Arab population of Israel, West Bank and Gaza increased from ~1 million in 1950 to 6 million in 2020.
During the same time Jewish population of Arab countries reduced from ~851,000 in 1948 to 3,330 in 2018.
So ... who is committing genocide of whom?
What is going on now in Gaza, is a war that HAMAS started against Israel on Oct 7.
If HAMAS care about civilians in Gaza, HAMAS could release hostages and surrender long time ago.
Despite all the difficulties the ratio of civilians causalities to HAMAS militants is close actually ~1, which is the lowest ratio compared to any other recent conflict in urban area.
