British Colonial Hotel Review post reopening in Nov'23

British Colonial Hotel is a historic resort hotel in downtown Nassau, Bahamas, located on the only private beach in Nassau, on the site of the Old Fort of Nassau. The hotel, originally opened in 1924, has been recently renovated and re-opened post Covid-19 shut down.

Super helpful! I'm visiting in September with my family and I really wanted get get a preview of what the hotel would be like. This video delivered in every way. I especially appreciate you showing your room, because they have 1 photo per listing on the website and it took finding a video like this to actually get an idea of what to expect.

Yes. It is a beautiful, small, easy to navigate hotel. Their rooms are small in traditional European style so make sure to ask for a bigger room if you need tons of space. We recommend starting here first so you family can explore downtown and then we went to Atlantis which offers another view of the Bahamas.
