Hello. How do you feel about mating pigeons for love so that they choose their own pair? At what age can I start training young birds?

You better check your timeliness before you make another mistake with another comment. Wishful thinker.

Why do Belgian, Dutch and German champions hardly talk about these things? Because they know all these things are secundary to mental capacities (intelligence, orientation, etc) and vitality.
A good way to select your pigeons? Play your youngsters 3 times in a row and take out all that don't classify 2 times in the first 25%.
None does? Try to get better pigeons.

@@ThePigeonAcademyShow Yes, I know, that is a commercial racing pigeon INDUSTRY with hundreds (if not thousands) of pigeons that wants to sell to clients outside Europe and tells them what they love to hear.
Maybe you should read Ad Schaerlaekens I think he has publiced a lot in English. ( And ask yourself why he never talks about Eyerkamp.)

@@leunisvandewege9651 regardless how Ab feels about them, their race results speak for themselves. I have studied Abs Material he is a Champion.

@@ThePigeonAcademyShow Race results never speak for themselves. They must always been seen relativ to various factors (e.g. quantity of birds in competition, geographical position etc). For example; when Eijerkamp and Koopman started to built up their reputation, pigeonsport was big in the southern part of Holland, but not in the northern part (above the big rivers as we say). The provinces where they started were considered to be the third world of Dutch pigeon racing. So a "first provincial" in the province of Noord-Brabant (where Schaerlaeckens lived) was a very different thing from a "first provincial" in the province of Drente (where Koopman lived). As there was a national competition that couldn't take these differences into consideration Koopman was able to built up a (commercial) reputation.
