    지나가다가 조금 놀라서 댓글 달자면, 단백질 섭취량이 너무 적고 탄수화물, 당 위주 식단이라서 유지가 잘 안 될 겁니다.. 현재 전체적인 총 섭취 칼로리가 기초 대사량보다 낮아서 살이 빠지겠지만, 계속 그 식단을 유지하시면 살이 찌기 쉬운 체질로 변하실 거예요. 칼로리보다는 탄단지 비율에 집중하는 편이 건강한 다이어트 방법인데, 사실상 쉽지 않죠 ㅠㅠ 단백질 비율을 조금만 늘려보시는 게 어떨까요?? 다이어트 응원합니다!!

    i see so many of these youtubers that have been dieting for yeeaaarrss like are you not tired of yo-yo dieting all the time just make a realistic cal deficit and you won’t have to diet and gain every week forever it’s so tiring to even watch

    Tengo 47 y siempre pesé 50 kilos, hace unos años me subí a 55 y me la paso haciendo dietas para mantenerme pero ya es difícil porque cualquier cosa me hace subir de peso, tendría que perder el gusto por las harinas y el azúcar 😔😔

    Si aumentas tus calorías de poco a poco, tus calorías de mantenimiento se elevarán y serán mejor💗
    Mis calorías de mantenimiento actualmente son de 1,900, y para bajar de peso son 1,600 y para bajar de peso rápido son de 1,400.
    Así que disfruten de su comida añadiendo nutrientes y no quitando comida

      @개 사료 Why don’t you try and listen instead of being stubborn? Eating 1900 calories a day is fine as long as you move around regularly and live a balanced life. You have no idea what you are talking about if you think that that is seriously too much and that someone cant eat more than 800 calories if they want to loose weight and achieve a healthy body. Do you seriously think you won’t be able to loose weight if you ate more than a 1000 calories a day? It’s just simply wrong. Unless you are trying to loose weight in the most unsustainable way and as quickly as possible

      ​@개 사료 you clearly know nothing about dieting. 1900 is a good amount of calories, and will keep you energised for doing what you like throughout the day. 1000 is incredibly low, unless you don't exercise, this will cause starvation and lead to the slow down of your metabolism. your body's instinct of survival will kick in, realising that your calorie intake is low and will try to keep the food inside the body, which means that each time you eat the calories from the food will stay inside your body until you actually burn it. if you don't know anything about dieting, don't talk about it. you're encouraging starvation and you should be fking ashamed of yourself for it. "if you really want to see results" then settle for a diet that you'll be able to maintain, eating incredibly low amount of calories will lead to binging due to the hormonal imbalance.

    please stop doing that to your self i really love you but i really hate that you are doing that to your self even a child cant live with 1000 cal a day just start a healthy dite eat what you like with balance listen to your body workout 4 days a week not to lose wight but to make your health better i know how do you feel i have been there but thanks to god i left this kind of life befor year please stop doing that to your self and remember i love you💜

    Nadie debería de consumir 1000 calorías al día ni para bajar, ni para mantener tu peso, es mucho más fácil si consumes entre 1500-1700 calorias dependiendo tu altura y peso al mismo tiempo que hacer mucho ejercicio de 4 a 5 veces por semana, de esa forma puede que pierdas peso lentamente pero es más fácil mantener la perdida de grasa a largo plazo porque cuando "pierdes" un kilo o casi un kilo al día, en realidad pierdes más músculo que grasa y el músculo es muy importante porque entre más músculo ganes, más grasa pierdes y más calorías necesitas. No lo digo como hate, solo me preocupas que estés a dieta la mayoría del tiempo y dañes tu metabolismo, por favor cuídate, todo lo que vale la pena toma tiempo ❤️

    Сделай банановые олодьи корица яицо воды немного муки мука любая немного муки1 банан на терке перемешать и на сухой сковороде обжарить оладьями я такое иногда на завтрак ем еесколько штучек получается на завтрак вполне порция подойдёт и сладко от банана

      please do not eat 1000 calories a day, you'll feel awful, and end up gaining all of the weight you lost quickly back either from overeating of hospitalization. lose weight at a healthy slower pace, and take proper care of yourself. im assuming that you are young, since you have exams, so be careful~ you are growing, and you need to be nourished to grow. if you must diet, eat 1300 at the lowest.

      Dont try this diet, if you want to lose weight you should eat a lot of fiber and proteins which will make you feel full longer while eating less calories. Eat salad or cooked vegetables before eating anything else for lunch and for dinner and eat a fruit in the middle of the morning and afternoon

    Ok I’m gonna share my opinion that’s not even the calories that 1 year old consume, that’s no healthy even tho you don’t workout you still have to eat more that 1000 calories, also counting calories is not good for your mental health, you’ll always want to count them and food is not to be counted but enjoyed :)
