Keep up the content man. My dad passed away last Friday and heâs had a 93 foxbody hatch sitting as a roller for a while since itâs been painted just collecting dust. Me and him built a 408 stroker for it and Iâm finally gonna finish it in his memory.

I have 2 drag cars one being the notch fox body but itâs a losi. Both my boys have drag cars as well. There a lot of fun. I believe I have 13 Rc cars in total. I race carpet off road every Saturday. I run 4 classes and I run all associated Rc vehicles. Itâs definitely away from the real cars for a while. I used to have a slash with a lime green fox body to match my real one. Rc on my friend and happy holidays!!!
You make me want to get back into RC again! I spent thousands upon thousands building custom nitro burning RC's back in the day. Just to give you a little background, first off, I have been watching you for a very long time! I have a 1992 deep emerald green coupe that I bought BRAND NEW in 1992! It currently has 70,000 ish km on it (45,000 miles) The car has been parked for quite a few years, but I decided to pull it out this year and I dropped more money on the car this year than what I paid for it new! The car ran 12.36 @ 109.64 with stock bottom end with HCI, and a bunch of other goodies.. Well this year I bought a complete 5 lug 4 wheel disc brake set, new rims, electric water pump, new rad, Vortech V3 Si, and a Holley Terminator X Max setup plus a lot of other goodies... I still need to get a few other parts for it like fuel injectors, and some sensors, but I can't wait for it all to come together! Happy Holidays!
I am a car guy. A truck guy. And as of recent, an RC guy. Caution, I would argue its more addicting than the real thing... I am waiting on car #7 right now lol, Fox body Drag Slash.
I love the fox body I really like the C 10s too, 1 of my favorite trucks... I have a 69 c10 & a 83 c10 full size & My 93 LX hatch (AKA Shifty) it's so fun to have these little RCs and tear it up with them I've got a few of them and I love playing with them it's super fun just all around good time whether you're drifting drag racin, road course or rock crawling I've got a good collection of them... definitely a great time to cut up with some friends have a blast and not get in trouble!!!

RC is a ton of fun, just be careful bc it can get really expensive. A brother of mine has stopped building his real car(84' camaro 355 and enough nitrous to launch a space shuttle) for one of these.. i say one but he got like 7 or 8 of em now. They wont let him race his 4wd farm truck replica for 2 reasons, 1 its 4wd and 2 it runs 200mph. His farm truck build cost around $3,000. But they are a blast, i prefer the slow off road corse crawls.
I seen your rc's in your garage but you never show playing with them and you know alot about rc cars, so cool.

Buddy of mine used to drag race the nitro cars yrs ago, went with him a few times n definitely had more fun than I thought I wouldâve
I have a 4 Tec 2.0 with a 90 GT body on it for about 5 years now. I set it up for "road racing", just for driving around and handle well. I've topped it out at 55mph, it's not the most aerodynamic body to speed run with. lol
And yes, adjusting with the suspension on RCs teaches you a lot, look up Hudy or Xray set up guides on the google.

This is awesome that you are getting into the No Prep RC Drag Racing. You may wanna get yourself a GNSS and set it to 132ft. This will tell you the quarter mile times and your mph. I got mines down to a 1.8 at 80mph.

I'm gonna have to knock the dust off my RC10L pan car. I used to drag race it with rubber tires 20 years ago. I think with a brushless it would give the Traxxas a run for their money.

@@BREW2LFOXBODY it used to be pretty nasty back in the day. All carbon fiber and graphite with a speed gems onyx 14x2, it would leave 10ft long black marks on concrete.

I really enjoyed this video. Itâs a nice break from the foxbody saturation going on these days. Donât get me wrong, I love my fox but I also love my RCâs. I built an eliminator class no prep car based off of an Associated B6. I like the eliminator class because the bodyâs donât seem so wide like Slash bodies do. Looks more scale. Keep up the great content bud.

It's the best looking foxbody in all your foxbody collection...lol..it is a nice car though.
Looks like so much fun! Used play around a lot with the micro helicopters, they be a lot of fun as well...I found out just how high my 120lb Rottweiler can jump while flying one of said helicopters...I had to replace it, lol.

Adjust the TSM, or turn it off, mine was way easier to drive with it off, I like the 1/7 scale better, got a limitless on 8s, xlx2 nue motor, on foams, if your having fun on 2s drag racing get sum 8s, lol
I keep the TSM turned down to around 45-50% most of the time. I have many other cars that I run as well.

I personally like the EC3 and IC5 connectors. Wonder how a 4s would do? I have 3s, 4s and 6s Lipo's

I bet a 4s 3200 50c would be a good handful, currently have 2 of those. I use 3s, 4s, and 6s for my planes using all spectrum
