it depends on the pic bro. I just tried it on 2 different compositions and they looked like shit 😭. Apparently it works extremely well only if the shadows are crushed and there isn't much detail in the pic from start. In this pic Carti is also on a plain background and that also helps a lot

@@thewithin I think this works best if you add a white background behind a transparent image of an artist/athelete and download. Then add the file on to a new document and do the steps this video had.

Tip; when adding motion blur don't set distance to 500 px, instead use the distance that gives a result closest to the one he has on his image if you're using a different image, also when he says use light brush with black paint it's actually the History brush NOT the normal brush tool, have fun editing

1:44 - If Filter gallery is "greyed out" change your colour mode to 8bits - Image > Mode > 8 Bits Channel

Hey, when i save the photo to jpeg it gets all grainy and doesn't look as good. I've tried saving it with better quality but that doesn't make it any better... please help :)

You've got to create a new project with the same size as the picture and then drag the picture into it.

I figured it out. Go back to the layers panel and press D
i believe you guys have your mask or a layer adjustment selected, try making sure its the photo selected. good luck fellas
hi, and what if i want to use the filter but keep the colors of the image?
duplicate the layer before doing all effect galery stuff, do effect galery stuff on the bottom copy and on the top copy set the blending mode pin light or hard light. hope i explained it correctly

Make sure your colors selected are black and white
Go back to the layer panel and press D

@@extremefe4r51 you just have to bring back the color to default before going into the filters galery, click on the arrows up to the two colors squares in the tools tab left to the screen, i wish it can help
