Brady I hope you know that your tutorials are really the gold standard on CZcams in terms of presentation. Professional audio and video, no filler, and an extremely tight script. Always a joy to watch, and I don't think that stuff is just polish on top - a good presentation makes learning easier. Keep up the good work!
First time I watched a tutorial here, and this was exactly what I was thinking
100% agree!!!!! I love so so much this channel.
There are literally only two Photoshop tutorial channels you need - this one and Piximperfect!
this is true
I think this everytime I see a texturelabs tutorial. It really is the gold standard
I’ve never seen someone explain blending modes as a curve across a spectrum! I’m sure it’s a simplification, but it’s very intuitive and digestible.
Filmmakeriq has a really good video on blending modes that I wish I had seen earlier.
I love the simplifications because it just makes things less intimidating for us beginners.
When you have a minute, tell me what planet you're from
ha ha ha ! 😂
Dude I’m crying 😢
Uranus
This is the magnum opus of tutorials. Every content creator should have an inspiration on his method of explaining.
These tutorials are so well made, and I love the speed and amount of detail. No need to do it all 1:1 along with the user, just pause the video or rewatch. These are just visual treats and I love it!!!
Thank you! I try to build those little graphics on the side when it's more of a recipe - specifically for a "pause and build"!
I really dig the little explanation on how soft light blending works vs the other.. That is SO valuable! @@Texturelabs
Not only your tutorials are fresh and innovative, but your explanations and the videos themselves (editing, remarks, etc.) are equally awesome. Thanks for sharing your talents.
Oh man. I almost forgot this wonderful feeling of an adventure and excitement someones tutorial can bring. It is like I am back to a beginning of my journey in CG and tutorials of Andrew Kramer
Some people have Tutor skills as a gift. Love that pragmatic use of animations. They really have a purpose and arent just ornaments
Your ability to explain the "why" behind each choice and how each thing works is unparalleled. I wish you could make every tutorial on CZcams, regardless of the thing being taught. Bravo.
What a great time to be alive! I wake up have my Costco coffee and watch a presentation on gradient noise and subtleties of blending layers! Decades ago I would have to dig this stuff up in imported uk computer arts magazines… no more!
I don't think I've ever watched a tutorial so well explained and easy to follow! And it wasn't just the mechanics of what to do, but what is going on and how they work. I appreciate the hard work that went into it. Walked in to this video curious, and left a fan of Texturelabs!!
this is probably one of the best made tutorials ive ever seen on youtube
Man, you are the coolest. You've got the most unique ideas for working with photoshop ever. Every time you upload a video I know it's gonna be something I've never seen or thought about before, despite using photoshop for over 15 years. This one is gonna come in so handy with integrating good looking noise into my art.
Рад что вы снова нашли время для нас! Это отличные и простые с точки зрения усвоения уроки. Спасибо за труд! 👍👍
Welcome back Brady. You're an invaluable part of my design journey. Thank you for what you do, the new site looks amazing!
Another great one. Huge respect for the quality, clarity and actually new stuff you teach us. I mean even after 17 years of Photoshop i know every single one of these videos will teach me something new. Thank you!
It’s so good to see you back on CZcams, Brady! Your work is invaluable - I find myself yet again walking away from one of your videos with a ton of new knowledge and ideas!
This is the coolest effect tutorial I've ever watched
this is probably the best tutorial i've seen in my life, it's literally a game changer
I am blown away by the care to earnestly explain and teach the viewer how to use this particular thingie, as opposed to simply describing it, as most do. Splendid little tutorial, thank you very much! o/
I don't know how you do it; come up with these mind blowing techniques. Another stellar video, Brady. Yeah, we missed you.
Great to see you again.
Amazing, as always, yours are top of the top of the line tutorials...
especially the explanations you give of the logic behind all the steps that you take,
it teaches us how to think in terms of the program, not just recipes.
Really Cool.
Thank you...
There are definitely a lot people being as good at photoshop as you are, however, no one could ever compare to you on how to explain the logic and idea behind each steps in such an intuitive way! I could hardly imagine where else I can learn these priceless knowledges for free! You Are Amazing!
Great to have you back with new tutorials. I'm looking forward to trying this one.
All killer no filler tutorials as ALWAYS, I loved this one. I've watched many ways to do a similar effect but this one looks the best and is mashed with great insights such as the different blending modes.
So very, very glad to have you back
OMG, glad you're back!
Good to have you back, your tutorials are some of the best on CZcams and the website is INTERGRAL to my workflow! Thanks so much for your work!

There are no words for how excited I get when I see that you've put out another Photoshop tutorial. Can't wait to give it a go!!
SOOO glad to have you back!!!
You are a genius! I love your tutorials and teaching style. I always love knowing what happens if you take it too far and why I can use it, and you present it very well!
I'm working on a 70's baseball card design for an animal sanctuary and wanted this exact look but couldn't get what I wanted. Then I refreshed my subscriptions and bam!
Well done again on yet another fantastic tutorial!
This is one of the BEST Photoshop tutorials I've ever watched. Perfectly paced, engaging, everything explained so well, and super helpful things to know! Thank you so much!!!
Omg this is so awesome! Over 10 years of working in Photoshop and I've never seen anything like this! Thanks! 🎉
This is the tutorial I have been waiting for (but also I eagerly await every single one of your tutorials). I have been experimenting with this all week.
Good to see you back. You're my favorite PS tutorial channel, for both the techniques you offer, and the explanations given.
What an absolutely brilliant tutorial! Fantastic pace, super concise. Thank you 🙏
Brilliant as always. I am always amazed how relatively simple stuff can lead to beautiful and aesthetically pleasing results.
This will be great for screen printing prep, a great effect to translate a difficult to separate image into something that only uses a few colors, while avoiding the inorganic look of halftones. You have the best presentations. Thanks!
Welcome back! You are genius! Simple but smart. Never stop teaching.
They say a genius can take something tremendously difficult and explain it in such a way that anyone can understand it. Brady might be the best Photoshop teacher I have found.
So pumped you're back! Thank you!
Glad to see you back! I always get so excited when i see the notification of your video. Thanks man. Such a great video again.
fantastic tutorial! perfect amount of details and speed! i really love that you are not rushing through your videos but still get straight to the point! perfect!
Thank you very much! I've been searching for something like this for a long time now to achieve a more tangible aesthetic for posters and even illustrations, evoking the essence of the 80s era.
Happy to see you back, i've missed your tutorials🥳
Best photoshop/design tutorials on the CZcams. So underrated! I would hit the like button 10x if i could.
The "Notes" graphic breaking down the layers is an absolute game changer, amazing tutorial. New sub
wow ! I LOVE the way you explain how each effect and layer works ! it makes me understand so much about them and makes it easier for me to know what changes what ! amazing tutorial! definately gonna watch all your videos, keep it up !
I really enjoyed the step-by-step process of this creative effect. The level of control for this leaves a lot of room for artistic expression. I had never heard of matching the number of gradient stops to the number of posterized stops but this makes exquisite sense. Great stuff!
He's back! Great uncomplicated (but elegant) workflow. Love the graphic envelopes you added for the blending types. Top tier content as always 👍👍☺️
We're not worthy! We're not worthy!

GOddamn this is my first time on your channel and holy shit bro. This is what youtube tutorials need. A deeper understanding on your tools and explain it in a very simple way. Cool video dude please make more.
