In administrative and international stage, they are represented as the UK or Britain. However in certain areas like sport, there is no Britain team (except in Olympic). In World Cup, England has its own team as the rest of them. Same goes with Commonwealth Game. Don't ask me why this is or unique to Britain, it was not me who created these rules.
