I love that fridge
Those bays in the dining room would be perfect for homeschooling families. I like the island that is completely flat so good for cooking as well as cutting our sewing, doing puzzles, etc.. I know it doesn't come with the house, but I like that furniture in the family room so much more than those pieces in the living room. I like cozy comfy chairs. Love the big 'bench' to sit on in the shower as someone that has to sit while showering. Other than those STUPID BARN DOORS and the farm style lighting, I prefer English country garden look, I LOVE this house. I was thinking it was only missing a coat closet and then there it was. It has everything I would want in a house, assuming my health improved enough to keep it up. I rarely see a house that ticks all my must haves, but this does, including the pantry. Of course, I don't have the money for it and I could barely pack a box or two to move so I won't be going anywhere.

Chance this house is beautiful! When I look at ur homes I think of what furniture I have and how I will use it only thing I would change is it needs a 1/2 bath and a fridg with ice maker otherwise it’s beautiful!!! Thank u chance

Very nice home
Normally I don't like the colors of the outside, but on this home it's perfect. Love the floors and the layout, I would prefer white cabinets and different tops. Overall I love this home! Thanks Chance for showing such a beautiful home... ❤

This home is beautiful. The attention to detail and quality finishes really stand out. I especially love the tile bafk splashes around the sinks and the hanging rails in the laundry and closets. High end finishes for sure.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the floating shelves throughout and the fireplaces, especially in the master bedroom.
I love, love the Palm Harbor homes & the attention to detail. They seem to age well too.

Can’t believe they even put crown molding in the dining room cubbies at the ceiling. Most wouldn’t because who would actually EXPECT to see it there. Not me. And I wouldn’t have even missed it if they hadn’t done it. Palm Harbor has always had great homes. More expensive but worth it.

Hope you founer. ed your way out of that airport. You have become quite the traveler. I used to travel for work and the best thing I did for myself was a checklist that I kept in my suitcase. Everything that I needed to take with me was on that list so no trying to think, do I have everything? nonsense.

Wonder if the backsplash in the bathrooms and laundry room (but maybe in green or even the silver) could be put in the kitchen and change the island top to match the counter tops?
When you first walked in the door I couldn't even see the house because there was too much furniture and knickknacks !
I wonder what they were thinking when they were staging this house. Is there something wrong with it they're trying to hide ?
What about attic space for people that for whatever reason don't do a basement?

Those fake "fire" places are awful. Should say light place. They look like they'd injure your children because of the sharp edges and sticking out about 6 inches from the wall.
Sorry but right in the front door all I see are vertical sticks and lines that make it look cluttered. Staging was not good with furniture selection. I never made a negative comment before but that was such a huge distraction. Just on a personal opinion the tub placement in the bathroom was just weird. The house itself was nice but sure wish the living room, dining room kitchen wasn't so cluttered feeling.
That house was showing every conceivable option available, it would be a lot less cluttered with fewer features selected. It’s fully customizable.

That is a strange layout especially the bathtub looks Completely Out of Place. Carpets are a No No for me. Them Cheap Looking Fire Places throughout look aweful
