Since you are using salt, are you using unsalted butter?
Correct! I only keep unsalted butter in the restaurant as I always do a lot of baking, so salted would not be versatile to have. But then again, some people really love salt!
@@HenrysHowTos I love salt, but you can add it separately. I do not like to find out that an ingredient (like broth) was hiding a lot of salt. Know your ingredients.
