30. Drupla Sonam Tsering The Seed of Supreme Awakening: The faults of Samsara Part 1

Translations below Drupla Sonam starts by explaining the fourth of the general preliminaries: the faults of samsara. He mentions why this is the last in the sequence of the four contemplations. Then he speaks about the vastness of the ocean of samsara and explains the verse we recite as we contemplate this.
Next, he answers the following questions: What is it like to wander in samsara? What are the places where we wander? Who is wandering in samsara? What makes us wander in samsara? What is the time-frame we’ll be wandering in samsara?
Furthermore, he goes into more detail about the suffering in each one of the six realms of samsara. He explains how those realms are described in the sutras, and how Guru Rinpoche taught about the realm of samsara.
Finally, he asks us to contemplate: Is there any happiness in samsara?
