What of a non Russian citizen who is currently in Russia, where can she apply for her USA visa ?
I have a Russian Fiance can I still apply for her to get k1 visa to the US under the current climate?
Do you have a realistic update on the situation keeping in mind the current war and horrible sanctions ? 🥺My husband and I just started our petition in December last year and now our hope is at our lowest and I’m afraid I might never be able to come as a spouse in case of the war . Please let us know if there still will be real opportunities and if they will discriminate towards Russian spouses when giving or not giving a green card 😔
Hi, I read your reply and wanted to reach out to you. My wife is Russian and we were married literally 2 days after the war commenced. We were married February 26th and I was in Blagoveshchensk when this all began. I got an email from the Department of Defense basically telling me to get back home immediately. It’s been a year and I’ve just today begun the arduous process of bringing her home. We decided to wait a year hoping things would get better but they’ve only worsened. So, I kindly wanted to ask how you and your husband have navigated this situation and an update being that your comment is a year old. How do Russian citizens get to Poland for their K1 visa interview since they need a Schengen visa?

Since Russians are not allowed to enter Poland, what options are the NVC now giving?

Poland do not give any visa to Russian !
So now you need a Schengen visa to enter Poland in order to get an interview at the US embassy if you’re not a U.S. citizen. So if you get denied a visa to enter Poland now you lost your interview as well .

Us citizen dont need visa for poland under 90 days
@@maggietravels7969 of course you don’t need a visa for Poland if your American. But if your spouse is Russian or a Russian citizen. Now he/she needs a Schengen visa to enter Poland to attend the American embassy’s interview and if you get denied a Schengen visa now you won’t be able to go to your interview.
@@2800gerardowow! I am traveling to Russia in august to see my girlfriend! She also wants to come to California someday! I didn’t know it was this complicated!!! Wow! I am shocked! She has to go to Poland for a damn interview!
@@LewisC-iu3hh yea the US embassy is closed for Russians seeking a tourist visa. But now she can apply for a US visa in the country of Kazakhstan! at the American embassy. My gf is also Russian and I was in Russian 2 years ago for a month. Your Russian gf doesn’t need a visa to enter Kazakhstan.
What about the US Embassy in ukraine.
