tbh stackable runs and the reset function would be more useful in gng than regular sim u, but it's still not clear what else will be defining of the new mode (cuz regular sim u will still be there). I really hope all these features are added to every su mode.

0:57 So basically... we will be able to save a run (all blessings, charecters and curios) to a 'save file' which we can then access throught the week and fight the FINAL BOSS to get ornamests based on our clear and the save file resets every week. Hope this was a small and dumbed down version of it

Looks like it. It seems you basically do one normal run. And then the real SU will be half as long due to all the buffs. I’m wondering the real speed of this system but it might be a FEELS faster than IS faster update.
@@Reubenaut No, you just do one full run, save the blessings, curios, etc. And then for the week just challenge only bosses like you do during normal relic farm. No running around and killing mobs involved at all.

@@Evra22 In this case it's to each their own, and normal SU isn't going anywhere - thank god - I personally like SU for the roguelike gameplay and only farm planars on 2x events and the 4 free tokens a week, otherwise I just do it for fun every day, so the mode doesn't do anything for me.

Yanqing slightly outperformed mfin Jingliu in this MOC 12 because it was so single-target focused. If they really are introducing single-target endgame content, then yes: Yanqing is about to get so much better.

Same I rlly doubt it cuz for one seele and Dr ratio exist and two DHIL despite being a blast type character still has a 550% scaling on the main target of his lvl 3 basic attack which is higher than a seele ult and a combined double follow up attack of ratio. and also uhh ye acherons erasure ult
@@darknessrises948 Acheron's Ult deals far more damage as well as hitting all enemies on the field, but yeah DHIL still has the highest multipliers in the game.

We got moc for general units, pure fiction for aoe/eruditon units, and now apocalyptic shadow for single target/hunt units wonder if they’ll do one for dot/nihilty units
They don't need to. DOT, especially Kafka BS destroys everything in the game so no need to do a separate mode for the most meta path in the entire game.
HSR is just so.. peak for this. I'm thankful. Simple changes, like preset teams? To big changes like new endgame content?! Jeez.

Did you know that Final Fantasy 7 had a whole world to explore in the PSX? while star rail can't do bigger maps than pokemon on the gameboy. Is just the most barebones and braindead turn based game I ever played, because on top of that, the game has 2 BUTTONS. Gameplay is entirely unidimensional, is virtually impossible to have "skill issues" in this game, the only real difficulty is dealing enough damage per cycle to reach the threshold to clear the endgame modes, and they already did this 3 TIMES IN A ROW.

Tbh, this gamemode isn't a positive change, the same reward, slower moc reset, and another need to pull more new characters type of endgame. I'm not sure how they implement this but if this is the same with pure fiction then fuck, it's gonna be banner exclusive gamemode

@darknessrises948 the current one, i can't even get 30 points with high investment dot team. They add a bunch of elite to sell acheron. Got 8/12 on the current pure fiction (got 12/12 on last one)
@darknessrises948 depends on the devs. You can easily clear pure fiction with himeko and herta on the first, now 3rd stages and 4th stage were exclusive for high investment team/current banner char

A Whole Open World in which you only explore once when you just want to collect the Oculus to level your Archon Statue and World Quest
Shitty Farming of any Materials in where you'd be lucky to get more than 2 Boss Materials on a World Boss even when your at the highest World Level, Weekly Boss only limited to 1 Attempt per boss which you still need to gamble 1/3 of the Materials you need atm, Enemies prone to not giving Drop Mats, Artifacts needing a Full Year until they're available at the Crafting Tables and you can't pick at what Piece that would be
Real Content. Meanwhile Genshin's only repeatable Content is just Spiral Abyss that can be cleared by Neuvillette and any Reaction Team with Zhongli and nothing else. No one likes TCG and Teapot is a chore than it is a challenge
And of course there's a part where Genshin still haven't implement a Past Quest Recall for anyone that isn't a Day 1 Player in which some of those Events have Lores tied to the Main Story
