    🎼About this channel
    My name is otoka.
I am a sound engineer, composer and arranger.
I have been creating tinnitus reduction and treatment sounds that are more effective and less tiring to listen to than conventional sounds.
I also invent and compose special music using tones and frequencies that reduce tinnitus.
As a tinnitus sufferer myself, I experiment and create my own music.
    🗒️ How to use
Either speakers or earphones can be used.
Please set the volume to a level where you can faintly hear the tinnitus.
If there is no discomfort, there is no problem hearing with only one ear.
If you listen louder than necessary, you may feel the tinnitus louder after you stop the playback.
    ⏳ How long?
It depends on the condition of your ears and your tolerance to sound. Do not listen for long periods of time from the beginning but start with short periods of time, such as a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours, and increase the playback time as you check for any discomfort or fatigue in your ears.

I listened to 11kHz-14kHz and 5kHz-8kHz and both works with benefits and small disadvantages. Not sure which is more effective. With the 11kHz-14kHz i don´t hear my own Hz anymore but this very high pitch is not 100% convience to listen to. Still much better than listening to my own Hz. 5kHz-8kHz is closer to my own Hz. It´s giving relief but i am still hearing my own Hz a lil bit. Not much but it´s around but there is no high pitch like with higher Hz. Really no clue which is better for my Tinnitus. Both are helping me. Thankful for that sir

@miminari: I have Tinnitus on both sides since 20 years and I would like to try your program. But how do I now in advance which sound is good for me? When I have this certain ringing in my ears, should I try then an even higher rining or softer? I have no idea what would be the right way to try out...Can you give me an idea or is there somewhere a description how to find out the best sounds for my case? Many thanks in advance, Wolfgang

      Hello.
The theory behind these relieving sounds is that tinnitus is reduced when you hear tones and frequencies that are similar to the sounds in your head.
So to find the best sound for you, you can listen to them one after another and find the one that gives you the most relief. If you find the right sound, you may find that the volume of your tinnitus seems to decrease or even disappear.
I'm streaming some sounds that I haven't made into a video yet, so you can try them out if you like. You may find it.

Great relief, at the start you say that we should give our ears a break otherwise it will get worse can you expand on that point pls?

First of all, this does not mean that this sound is particularly bad for your ears.
As you probably know, listening to loud sounds with earphones or headphones for long periods of time puts you at risk for hearing loss. In many cases, tinnitus is caused by hearing loss, so if you overuse your ears to the point of exhaustion, it becomes a vicious cycle.

Hi, thank you for these released sounds against tinnitus. Could you please told me what is your recommandation about the noise level as Decibel A and listening time daily?. When use headphones how we can adjust these noise level.?

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  Před rokem +1

It is difficult to provide specifics because they vary greatly depending on the condition of the ear, but as a general guideline, listen to the music to the extent that you do not get tired of hearing it. When listening with headphones, as with general music, it is best to limit listening to 1-2 hours a day in total, taking into consideration the stress on the ears.
The volume level also varies greatly from person to person, but a good rule of thumb is to listen to a level that reduces tinnitus.

It is available on Amazon. The jacket is different, but the sound is the same.
It is 8 minutes long due to streaming convenience, so please use the repeat setting on your player.
