The facelift fronts rarely look better than on the original model.
I find the previous ST-Line design more appealing on the front.
But I like the digital cluster and deepened red tail lights.
Again on the front... Making fog lights integrated on the headlamps, makes the car front kinda incomplete.
My exact thoughts. However, I've got to admit that I do like the new front grill on the new ST-line.
Every car brand is doing that nowadays: integrated fog lights. I already own a previous version of the ST-Line (2016 MK7.5 first model), so I have no plans yet for "upgrading" to this new model (very happy with my current one). But I absolutely like the styling of the new model. I looks stylish, luxurious, sporty. A bit of many things. Classy. 👌

It looks fantastic, everyone should trade in the old model for the new one. (Then i can pick up an older, better looking ST at a reasonable price)😉

Just bought the 2021 ST-Line (still on order) and whilst this new facelift is alright, I believe the (now old) version that I will be getting looks more aggressive, each to their own but I am glad I bought the 2021 styling 😊

Those new ST seats look horrendous - anyone in the back might as well be facing the other way with how much they'd (not) see past those things!
new front looks like hyundai i20 :/ will always prefer my 2018 ST-Line. Also the logo on the grill wasn"t a good idea imo. Looking forward to the 2024 Fiesta

@@nielsaquareef5137 same as all manufacturers now a days though to be honest. Look at merceds from c class to s class interior and exterior are almost identical just from how it looks

focus yes mondeo is a thing of the past they announcent earlier this year the mondeo was no longer going to be made

It`s such a shame Ford stopped selling cars in the U.S. I really wish we would have seen a year or so of the new generation instead of Ford Cars going out with a whimper. Nonetheless I`m in love with the new Fiesta, now that`s a Hot Hatch!! Have fun with these overseas!

I’m on my second Fiesta Vignale. I’m a bit underwhelmed by the new one, it doesn’t seem that different. No Vignale model anymore, Vignale is now just an option pack. The only new feature really seems to be digital instruments - not really worth upgrading a car for.
just got a 21 plate vignale with the 155bhp engine,its a smashing car.Little bit expensive but i wanted something special for my retirement and thats what i got.No new vignale fiesta sounds strange,perhaps not selling too many who knows.
Its not meant to be a whole new model or generation of fiesta its just a mid life refresh so its just little touch ups to keep it modern.
I have the 2020 Fiesta ST3, I don’t think I’ll be upgrading any time soon. I love to digital cluster on the new model, but I am not sure about the front end!
Yeah they’ve ruined the front with the badge on the grill. Seats on the ST look ugly as well - only thing that’s nice is the digital cluster.

I do prefer my 2020 ST-Line exterior looks, i was hoping that the facelift wasn't prettier, so it's ok.
The digital cluster retrofit looks doable.

I think that the front does not match the sleeker body lines, plus it looks overloaded. I like the pre facelift a lot more.

Have you actually driven a fiesta with the 1.5 I3? I'll keep mine over that vacuum sounding 1.6 anyday. Not to mention the performance which is better in basically every aspect, as well as being more modifiable.
Looks good. Although I prefer the Ford badge being on top of the bumper and not in the grille.
honestly I think 2021 model looked better , especially the st-line version, this new look is more generic and less sporty than the previous one.
Yeah agree there pal, I've got the current ST line on order (due NOV) & having seen this version I'm so glad I didn't wait for this one.
@@motorbikez I got my st-line some months ago, awesome car, comfortable to drive for multiple hours and perfect balanced engine for daily use.
Any word on pricing? The Mk8 ST can already be specced to just under £30k OTR

If the "adventure" package has flat fold down back seats, it might be a go. If it's like my 2013 that doesn't, forget it.
I own a 2018 model and I love it, but this new design is not bad either

I have owned two love them, but Ford can you give an interior colour choice rather that all that dull grey and make seats in the Titanium more comfortable, our leather seats are so hard!
I like the seats on titanium.. they hold you in your place around corners really well
@@louisbarningham i love the car its our second one after a Focus, but the heated leather seats are hard and slippery, my wife wants to sell it, the seats in our first one were ok.

The inflated price of the new model since the pre-facelift ST coming with lower specification is nothing les than extortion. What I can’t believe is Fords customers are only finding out the loss of equipment after picking up there new cars. Ford dealers were are all advised of the omissions from the last model in September 21, but felt (or were advised) not to come clean with customers.
I believe this is a clear case of miss-selling......
The following list gives some of the missing equipment compared with the pre- facelift model.
1,Exterior Mirrors - Power Fold Mirrors (Heated)
2, blind-spot monitoring and rear-cross traffic alert
3, Rain Sensing Automatic Windscreen Wipers
4, Auto-dimming Rear View Mirror

Does anyone genuinely think the new st looks better than the old model? If you put both side by side, the old one looks much better.
Design is subjective. This certainly took me back at first, I can't say so was a fan when I initially saw it. But it's growing on me, looks a little more aggressive and mature.

Seriously open 2 tabs, search for the new and the old model and compare the two side by side. The old one looks much sleeker and more modern.

The design of it is fine, although the prefacelift fiesta is way meaner, which does not make me want to upgrade my 2020 model to the facelift version.
As a Ford Fiesta owner and fan, a bit disappointed that a full hybrid version hasn’t been considered like the Toyota Yaris 😔

Looks too top heavy. A lower and wider look would have been preferred. The Mk7 Fiesta was the best design. The Mk8 is just disappointing.
I hate that ford doesn't bring the ST version to South Africa including the specification available in Europe. And it's also sad that ford SA discontinued the Mondeo / fusion thier marketing team was sleeping here they need to be all rehauled

If Ford brought the new Fiesta ST to the US I’d gladly pay MSRP+ for it. I just bought my second MK7 and I love it. It’s a shame Ford gave up on cars here…
