Got dizzy as soon as you got inside the Livingroom... You need to slow the camera down and stop moving the camera around a lot.

Right, you don't know how to take video. Keep the camera still! And move it slowly. You keep going in circles! Makes one dizzy and won't finish watching the video. Try again!

I've lived in 3 different mobile homes, 2 single wide and currently in a double. The first thing I noticed is that there is no coat closet. Dont the designers of these homes ever think about putting in something so practical? The homes look like a magazine cover, but need places to store things!
Nice floor plan. Drop distressed kitchen cabinets look for regular doors. Replace dining area windows with sliding doors. Put small window above tub/shower in front bathroom for natural light. Drop barn door to end bathroom for a regular door. Exterior colors look good.
After watching one of your later videos first and then going to this one, I can see why people told you to slow down with the camera movements. I was getting motion sickness on this one. Glad you listened to the viewers and changed your cinematography.
I've seen some gorgeous mobile homes bigger than this, but I don't need that much space. I could totally live in this! That kitchen! 😍😍

Love all that lovely useable wall space in the living room and that it doesn't run into the kitchen and or dining area. One of The Best looking and designed kitchens and beautiful dining area elegant looking not like a after thought like so many single wide one's are.

Love this Home. I am in love with the kitchen cabinets and the arches. This is by far one of the nicest single wides. I actually think this is my favorite!!!!

My grandparents had a house in Salt Lake city, they had vents on floors on upstairs and vents on ceilings in basement.

That's what I thought myself, good idea since a small 2 bedroom house with one bathroom, one car awning is now $350,000.

We gave looked at a ton of single and double wide homes since deciding to down size a lot. Been to four states and no it sure how many dealers.But this home here is the winner!! It is beautiful and classy looking and just perfect. Only change would be finished drywall and hardwood or tile flooring put down before moving in.. plus real wood cabnets!! A must have in a beautiful home like this.. Great home guys!! I'm happy a Buccaneer dealer is close by.. Can't wait!!

3:28 I love how there's a bright window in the hallways in these mobile homes. You'll rarely get that in a stick-built.
The kitchen got a lot of counter space in a lot of cabinets and that's what I like about a trailer

The kitchen made this for me! The space is not wide open which i love has a place for a table that looks nice and everything's in its place. Top puck for me for layout and look.
Beatiful. I always have issues (with) the Master bath. So I always make those changes in my head.
And you just don't see many Single wides this big on these channels.
Change the walls to textered sheet rock.
I would like to see more of them.
We’ve seen the floor, just show it once and then level out. Kept fast forwarding so I didn’t get seasick. Seems like a nice model.
How unique to see those columns and rounded entry way into the kitchen/dining room. Black farmhouse sink gets 2 thumbs up. I could easily live in this home.

I love it!! Open with pillars. Love the windows !! Built ins galore I need a new mobile home soon in AZ My only concern hallway looks narrow to move furniture into bedrooms? Nice sz rooms ceiling fans and tall ceilings a must !! I love shelf above w/d. Barn door is great!! Perfect Grandmother master bath. Tub and shower!! Master off kitchen is great. Nice!! I love the way the cabinets are in the kitchen/dining room. I'd love the windows in there to be sliding glass door or French doors (leading out to a large deck with a pool!). Love how just enough wall separating living room and kitchen. I've got to put my antique Hoosier cabinet somewhere!! Not to mention, more room for art on walls😊!! I'd consider building bookshelves on both sides where columns are, give that den look. Or remove columns, make semiwide doorway instead of as wide as currently, adding wall/room divider so my Hoosier can be in dining room instead. Oh YES! This utility room has space for upright freezer (& room for folding table??). Sweet. What are the measurements on bedrooms, please? This next ones are general questions, not just for this layout, please. Is it ever possible in master bathrooms to have a single sink and allow more space for storage cabinets? Either being a matching cabinet or just leave wall space if we have, say, an antique to go in there😁? Also, while I'm asking, would it ever be possible to remove a wall in two adjoining bedrooms to make one large room, of course if closet locations allowed. And perhaps, connecting closets, if floorplan allows? Just curious on that last one, often wondered about that.

After watching that trailer drive thru, I had one eye digging taters and the other eye shooting squirrels for at least 3 minuets after it was over lol. Geeeze what a rush, it was like chasing yer tail really fast and then just stop.

I like the double sink in the kitchen Not crazy about the farmhouse sinks. I also liked the archway between the living room and dining area.
Chance I need a BC. hahahahaha I am just having fun sir. I do love the size of the living room and the separation of the living room from the dining area. I love that kitchen how it circles around. And the sliding glass door right in front of the dining area with a porch would be great! I love the columns that separates the living space from the dining area. Thank you sir.

The videos I've watched so far have been absolutely beautiful. Please put Base Price with each model. Would b greatly helpful on deciding which one someone could afford. Again absolutely beautiful homes and keep up the good work.

I realize that you made this comment a while ago, but could you tell me how you set your furniture up? We are in the process of buying this house right now.
It really is a great single wide. My only suggestion is to build/put the heat/a/c vents in the bedrooms in front of the door. That way in the smaller bedrooms furniture placement would be easier and not likely to cover the vents. I have that problem in my current home.
Nice kitchen
The “barn door” in the master bedroom added a rather vulgar, jarring effect. Having the kitchen not visible upon entering the living space is a plus.

They are nice and thanks for sharing. The trouble is , when repairs need to be done, no one wants to help. They earn more money on regular houses. Thats why i don't buy one.
